On tap at the Promenade Beer & Wine Festival in Long Beach, CA.

This beer was brewed by the Rock Bottom location in Long Beach.

Pours a murky golden-yellow with a foamy off-white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, earth, yeast, and citrus zest aromas. Taste is much the same with grain, earth, yeast, and citrus zest flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of earth bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is light and refreshing.

Serving type: on tap.
