Pours a cloudy straw gold with 1 finger of foamy white head into a Mug Club Mug. Good retention and nice lacing webbing. Smells of lemon, clove, wheat, and honey. Tastes of lemon rind, cereal malt, toasted grains, honey, and a hint of pepper. Medium-light in body with nice carbonation. A little thin but smooth with a crisp finish. Drinkable, but not my favorite wheat beer from RB KOP. Seems to be lacking some of the usual flavors and feel I expect from wheats.

Tried this on 5/17/2009:

This American Wheat beer pours a deep orange with minimal head and lacing. It appears to be filtered, but is hazy enough that it might trick you.

Smell is a mild citrus scent lacking the usual wheat beer spicing.

Tastes more like an orange-flavored ale than a wheat beer. Lacks the texture and spicing of the style and suffers from the rubbery aftertaste found in most of Rock Bottom's output.

The tingly carbonation is present, but really doesn't allow much flavor to hit the taste buds.

This is a drinkable little number, but severely lacking in character.

On tap at the KoP location.

Poured a medium and cloudy/hazy yellow color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of ceral, wheaty, 'sweaty', and lightly spicy. Tastes of lighter wheatiness (compared to the aroms), cereal, and some lighter citrus.
