Good beer. Nutty-bread tasting. (Actually most of the beers here are pretty good) But beware, El Chupacabra comes out at night and hits you with a major hangover in the morning! I only had about 4 middle of the road abv beers. What do they put in this stuff? Good beer, but I just can't afford the hangover. So, I don't really know how to rank this one. Maybe it's just me but I'll pass on this brewery.

New beer from new brewer Chris Rafferty.
Russet, reddish brown, high clarity. Fluffy, puffy cap of tan foam with irregular craters and crags. Thick rings of lace, some arcs and random spots decorate the glass. Retention is ok, skim breaks after awhile.
Toasty, mildly sweet and malty nose. Light brown sugar and crisp autumn leaves. A little subdued but otherwise pleasant.
Toasty malt again, mild bitterness in the finish, not really dry as it could be. Clean and easy drinking, husky and somewhat nutty with mild peppery spice. Light bodied. Enjoyed a couple pints of this, thanks to Acme!
