The fiance brought this one back for me from a recent west coast trip. Heard so much about the brewery, I couldn't turn it down.

Anyway, it poured with a frizzy, crackling, bleach white head. Meanwhile the beer itself is light golden and crystal clear with a highly carbonated effervescense. A light floral bouquet exists in the nose that displays some paler malt notes as well. Very light and crisp mouthfeel defines the style. There's some maize flavors, a little bit of floral, but certainly more pale than I would have expected upon embarking on this brew. I'd give a slight edge to the hops in the balance battle. It finishes with a little bitter kick but still remains soft. I sense a touch of grapefruit at the end. Not bad, however mostly a forgettable beer.

12oz brown bottle, sample from the brewery.

Dense rocky head after a proper pils pour, not as clear as I expected ... odd to seem some residual sediment here. Fresh herbal hop aroma; grassy, soft resin, and earthy. Even bitterness if not slightly aggressive to start, grainy but clean ... very clean. Good amount of herbal hop flavor even into the finish. Much better on tap at the brewpubs but the bottle will do just fine.

Gold color, minimal head. Muted aroma, light biscuit nothingness.

Light body, touches of diacetyl, super mild hopping. Carbonation through the roof.

At almost $8 a 6 pack, I don't know why anyone would buy this, many better options. The beer isn't terrible, but it is expensive for what it is.

Appearance: Filtered golden straw color fluffy bright white head leaves fine even lacing all around my pilsner glass. Aroma: Biscuit pale malts slight grassy hop bursts not bad at all, good combonation of scents here with the Saaz becoming very noticeable. Taste: European hops dominate the palate in a good way, low sweetness finishes very crisp with a slight driness with a grainy finish and lasting hop flavor that seduces the palate, nice well done solid all around pils. Mouthfeel: Lighter bodied very refreshing evenly carbonated each sip produces the aahh that's refreshing sound. Drinkability: Easy to consume glad a picked up a sixer of this brew.

Had on tap at the Miami brewpub. The trainer was serving me and said its more of a Czech pilsner. Of course reasonable people may disagree. Neutral aroma. A bit more cloudy yellow than a plane lager, and had some white head, left some lace. Some saaz hops, and an off-bitterness.On the thinner side.

so im at this sweet ass steakhouse about to get my grub on, they have like over 300 wines so im hyped they might have some decent beer...naw. this was the only non macro beer they had, owell. this pours out a nice clear golden with a decent fluffy white head. not bad. light on the nose with hints of grain and hops. in the mouth its clean and crisp, refreshing. good all around flavor, slight grain with a little malt sweetness, lightly spicey hops. balanced. a good solid pilsner, better than i thought it would be, thumbs up.

Had this at the CO Springs airport, this was a bit pricey, $6 for a .5L, try it elsewhere if you can

Poured gold & efferevescent wit a tight 1" white head. Good lacing & pretty fair head retention

S: Floral hops, maltyness & a hint of grainyness

T: Sweet malt quickly gives way to floral hops & grainyness. Slight grassyness emerges as it warms, along with a kittle soapyness. Finishes crisp, hoppy & a little sweet

MF: Medium bodied, maybe a little too overcarbonated, but not prickly, the balance is a bit all over the place. Couldn't pin down if this was a hoppy pils or a malty pils!

Clear golden color with a white head.
Typical pilsner aroma. Pungent hops dominate the nose.

Nice crisp hop bite. Good pale malt flavor for support. Some astringency. Like many lagers, it tastes better closer to 45 degrees and starts to show some off-flavors as it warms to 50 or above.

Mouthfeel is good, but just a bit thin.
Some lingering bitterness at the finish, but this is an easy-going beer.

Overall, this is a good lager with a nice pilsner hop bite.

Pours a golden color with mininal white head, some action, and a bit of suspended sediment.

Some barley grain aroma with the grassy aroma of the hops used.

Has more of a weed/grass hop flavor and a blended barley grain taste.

Light to medium bodied, slightly buttery and some resinous feel, and a crisp comfortable carbonation.

The almost medium bodied blended hops and barley grain taste will probably suite this more as a session starter or an inline session beer.

Tasting notes from visit to Colorado Springs 4/25/2008:

Look: Thin head, golden, crystal clear

Smell: vinous, noble hops, pilsner malt

Taste: weird waxy flavor gives way to dry malt/hop tang. Is it wood-aged?

Feel: good

Drink: good

General Impression: good beer with a distinct infusion that makes it interesting

Pours out to a yellowish straw color with a decently foamy head that subsides after a while. The smell is of hops and a bit metallic, but at first taste, the beer shines through. Very crisp, and the hops finish off rather nicely. This is a very balanced beer, with just the right amount of hops for the alcohol content. The mouthfeel is excellent too. It's not too heavy, and there's just that right amount of carbonation. It doesn't go down like a soft drink like so many other lighter beers. This boils down to one of the most drinkable beers I've ever had. I will definitely go for some more next time.

Had on draft at Atlanta airport GB.
Appearance is clear straw color with minimal white head and minimal lacing.
Aroma of apple cider and something that I couldn't identify.
Tasted of buttery diacetyl and yeast.
Moderately carbonated for a medium mouthfeel.
Overall, I think I got a pour from a bad batch. Am sure that they don't brew this here at the airport and airport restaurants aren't known for their quality but this was just bad. Had a sample of this in a flight at a different location that wasn't nearly this bad....but it was a while ago.

This was a rather odd selection for me, in that I had never heard of it and really did not know what to expect going in. Poured decent pale golden amber with a nice white foamy head on top and a good amount of carbonation streaming up from the bottom. A touch of side glass lace was present, but nothing to write home about. The smell was light, full of grain with a touch of rice or corn. Seemed to come off a bit muted to be honest. The flavor again was decent, but it too seemed to be a bit muted, like it was missing something. Lots of malt tones and a decent backbone of a bread like nature. Some small bettering hops could be detected in the finish as well as a bit of a light fruitiness. Very nice carbonation and a very light body made this about as drinkable as water. Overall it was not terrible by any means. A bit of an average pilsner for me, enough there though to get me curious about some of the other offerings the brewery may offer. May have to check them out sometime in the future if I get a chance to go out that way. But a good call, better then a macro for sure.

Pours a deep slightly darker golden color that is crystal clear. There was a decent foamy head, however it disappeared rather quickly. Not a lot of lace on the glass at all. Smells slightly herbal, with no other outstanding notes. Good amount of sweet pale malt, followed by a fair amount of herbal hops. Very dry finish. Tastes a bit grainy. High carbonation and the light body go well together, making this a pretty drinkable beer. Overall, not bad I wanted it to be a bit cleaner and crisper, but this was not bad.
