I found this place by accident as I was killing some time. Hard to spot from the road but conveniently located off of the main road in Stow. It seems unusual that a small store like this would have such a great selection -quite a lot of American breweries are represented and the shelves include a few uncommon beers for the area. Also found are a few Trappist and other Belgian brews. The prices are on par with West Point Market or other specialty grocery stores (read: slightly inflated). Service was quite friendly.

Located in a little blue and white strip mall on the corner of Fishcreek and Darrow (Rt. 91). The shopping center provides ample parking and this place is set in any easy to find area of high commerce. Unfortunately for me, they are only open until 6pm and are closed on Sundays- bummer.

More of a Mom 'n Pop grocery store/catering center than a beer store, but I am hard-pressed to find any stores focused primarily on beer in my area, or the whole state for that matter. However, this means plenty of other treasures not often found in your typical reatil chains. The Butcher shop especially has many cuts I once thought could only be found in the West Side Maket.

As for the beer, the selection is short and sweet. One average size cooler shelf with lots of singles, rare German imports, and a respectable array of Belgian abbey ales. Many reputable domestic craft breweries are represented, including the local Leviathon Great Lakes, but also Hoppin' Frog and Buckeye Brewing Co.

The service truly deserves honarale mention. Employees are chatty, helpful, and genuinely commited to serving the customer.

Prices seemed on par with liquor stores and upscale grocery stores for the most part, with only a few exceptions. This would be an excellent place to have cater a party or supply an event with outstanding food, and exotic/rare wine and beer.

Growing up in Stow I always knew that Kirbie's Family Meats was around, but never went into the store. Should I need meat I went to a grocery store. All my friends back home know that I'm into all kinds and types of brew, one of them told me that Kirbie's had a good beer selection so I went to check it out. Wow!! I didn't expect that there was a place in Stow, my own backyard with such a great selection. The selection at Kirbie's is just as good as if not better than Giant Eagle. Among the breweries and beer they've got include: Great Lakes Brewing Co., Stone, Bell's, Ommegang, Maudite, Saison Duponte, Duvel, Gulden Draak and Thirsty Dog. They've a wide array of six packs and also give the option to mix a six. The store had very few macro brews, which I was happy to see. I could not help but think that a store with such a great selection was implying or advocating beer and meat/cheese pairings. This place is worth checking out, if you live in Stow I'd check this place for what you're looking for before driving out to Riverside or 101 Bottles.
