Poured 12oz bottle into glass. 4.5% abv

Appearance- Pours a reddish brown with a thin white head that dissipates quickly. Quite clear.

Smell- Caramel, molasses, roasted malt.

Taste- Caramel up front, with semi roasted earthy grains also. Tones of maple syrup with a nutty sweetness. Finishes roasty and dry.

Mouthfeel- Thin to medium in body with semi low carbonation.

Overall- Not bad, but essentially a typical brown ale with some slight maple flavoring. I thought the maple could of been more prominent but this was drinkable and still smooth.

Brought back from a trip out west as a gifted mixed sixer.

Look: Thin brown with very little tan lacing.

Smell: Definitely could smell the maple and nuts. The maple was more prominent.

Taste/Feel: Thin, like most brown ales I have had. Went down very easily. No hop or malt presence noted.

Overall: Enjoyable, but ultimately forgettable. Glad I got to try it.
