This is a fresh hop ale, based on reckoning this is best called an AIPA, never seen too many English bitters sporting this assertive hoppyness in my 5 years there (88-93). Picked this up at Trinity

Pours apricot/amber with a thin beige head. Spotty lacing & average head retention

S: Breadyness & grassy hops, then tangerine, honey malt grapefruit,

T: Grapefruit, honey malt, flinty dryness & some biscuitty malt up front. Leafy hops sneak in as this warms, along a nice biscuitty base, hints of marmalade. Finishes with much grapefruit, lemons & nice breadyness

MF: Medium bodied, subdued carbonation & great balance

Superior drinkability easily one of the best fresh hop ales I've had this fall & I've tried & I've had quite a few of the tried & true, get it while you can!
