First off the home brewer in me really appreciates the ingredient list, OG, SRM, IBU, and ABV on the bottle. I like to see what goes in and obviously they leave out a lot of their process, but it gives me some insight into the resulting output of the ingredients. Also looks like the label has changed vs the picture posted.
A- Poured out of the deuce deuce 1Pint 6 FL oz. Flat Earth bottle into a standard pint glass. A nice copper orange hue, carbonation rising through glass. Good 2 fingers of head, quickly diminishes down to a light cap with solid lacing on the glass.
S- Definitely get some light nice hop aroma. Lemon grass, fresh citrusy grapefruit zest.
T- Up front is significant grapefruit, mild banana cream, sweet caramel malt balances nicely. A bit of plum and raisin in its depth.
M- Has a nice grassy earthy texture on the finish, sits nicely on the back of tongue and has a good bitterness. Slight acidity and sharp on the front. Medium with a nice chewy bite.
D- Very good drinkable beer, tough to not compare this beer to Anchor Steam...as the notorious option in the style. Good everyday type of beer, solid core of malt, fresh and bitter with the hops, session-able @ 5.5%.

this is hands down the least impressive beer i have had from these guys, a real lame lager thats flat, sweet, and completely off from what i might expect from the listed style. it seems amateur, and if they could release this, it lets me think some of their other beers must not be so hot, this is full of holes, and while i have enjoyed pretty much all the other flat earth beers i have had, this one is a real regression. a little darker than i have seen in the style, with almost no head and a lot of shine, really pretty unappealing in the pint glass, save for the high degree of clarity. aroma and flavor are overly malty, and pretty sweet for a lager, doesnt taste like the yeast has finished working yet, like an impatient brew in some ways, this seems less than all the way done. very little hops to to it, a hint of a toasted grain thing, and an overall fairly disappointing brew from an operation who has proven themselves to be capable of a whole lot better. to follow the fine winter spiced porter with this one was a real drag...

Darker that expected, amber with a thin head, smell was sweet. Drank easily and tasted alright but a little sticky and sweet on the end. Wasn't quite as refreshing as I hoped but was not terrible.

grainy, malty nose with spice, minty hops and traces of light fruit.
Pours coppery amber to brown under a rocky 2” white foam cap.
Palate: rich malt, a touch of sweetness, light fruit leading to a spicy, minty herbal hop accent on the finish. A perfect balance between the malt, yeast driven esters and the herbal hop flavors and bitterness.
Medium body and carbonation.

On-Tap at Bunny's Bar & Grill
Appearance - Dark copper/rust color with a clear and clean look.
Smell - I'm picking up yeasts, malts, and a slight cider scent oddly enough. It's simple but nice
Taste - Yeasts, malts, cider and a slight hoppy taste. Finishes quite dry with only a slight hoppy bitter taste
Mouthfeel - Light bodied with just a slight carbonated kick. Very crisp!
Overall - It's a good tasting beer that finishes really well with pretty much any meal, especially a burger!
