On tap at the brewpub. Passable for the style. A decent bitterness, a lighter mouthfeel than expected for the style. Light orange coloured body with a little head. Mild hop aroma. OK drinkability.Wouldn't seek it out again, and this was the most interesting tap to try tonight.

On tap at TJ's...
Appears a transparent orange toned amber with a small white cap that slowly fades into a gentle collar. Tons of scattered lacing is left.
Smell is of caramel, biscuits, Amarillo and cascade like hops with orange, grapefruit, and herbs.
Taste is of the aromas with a citrus overload of hops kicking in.
The mouthfeel is medium bodied, chewy, sweet, candy like and balanced.

Enjoyed at the brewpub.
Slightly hazed reddish orange colour with a lingering beige cap. Lots of sticky foam clung to the glass. Malty and juicy citrus aroma, grapefruit, floral, and caramel. It had a heavy bitterness with a lot of citrus rind and zest character. Caramel sweetness provided some balance and there was a bit of spiciness and alcohol in the finish. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation, slightly drying, decent texture. Quite good with a lot of nicely integrated flavours.

The Calice is a golden bronze colour (more gold) with excellent carbonation and good head. It smells of fresh hoppy pink grapefruit, sweet oranges and some herbaceous notes. The taste is solidly refreshing with hoppy grapefruit, cooked oranges which is followed by some herbal notes, ginger I believe. The finish is dry and lasting blended with hoppy bitter citrus notes.

A decent Canadian IPA, eh? Golden body with some haziness and a well-lacing creamy white head. Good IPA aroma, with grassy, floral and citrus tones. Good mix of all the aforementioned as well as pine in the flavour. Body is medium-light as is the carbonation. High drinkability. I've had a lot of IPAs and this one definitely gets a passing grade! Pretty damn good actually!
