2012 bottled on Sep 11 2012

A: Deep Dark Motor oil and can't see through the glass. Light brown head.

S: Lots of cocoa, caramel, toffee, and vanilla.

T: Nice and bold Dark chocolate taste. Has some licorice caramel, and vanilla taste. The oak characteristic is well balanced

M: big body and bitter yet creamy

O: Great Taste great beer

thanks to ehammond1 for helping me knock this one off the wants list!

a: thick black, like ink. thin brown head that settles to a ring around the glass and leaves spotty lacing as it disappears.

s: alochol, oak and chocolate. these are a few of my favorite things.

t: dark chocolate, roasted malts and alochol all smoothed over by the touch of oak.

m: thick and oily, finishes sticky with a warming alochol presence. carbonation is decent.

o: really enjoyed it and probably drank it too fast. guess my only knock on this beer is that i think the alochol could of been hid a little better.
