A golden, pours a nice head, good retention but not the strongest. Clear.

S light citrus, hints of leather, hints of grapefruit

T not too heavy on the palate, on the verge of an ipa.piney

M light bodied but just enough to make you want another tilt of the glass

O for 7.99/bomber this is a good pickup. I would buy another in thr future. I would pair it with some sort of roasted lamb or a cut of primerib and some seasonal veggies. Kudos to Great Divide for a tasty beer.

A - Poured a copper, light gold, with a very small head that disappeared fairly quickly.

S - Very subtle on the noise, citrus hops, piney, fresh peeled oranges.. very very subtle.

T - Slight bitterness, pine, orange, extremely balanced. However, I feel this is missing something? But considering this is 55 IBUS it can be hoppy at times.

M - Nice carbonation, slight tingling sensation on the palate, silky, smooth, refreshing. Very nicely done with this part

O - This is a finely crafted beer that is superbly light on the palate. Very drinkable, it goes down very smooth, it covers the palate and very enjoyable.. My only complaint about this brew is I wish more of the hop, dank, sweetness and pine notes would have come through. I understand this brew is not meant to be the boldest IPA. Great divide went for balance and I must say they got very close to perfect. I just wish more smell was present. If you served this to me with any other IPA this would not stand out, until I tasted it. However, this is a very nice balanced IPA, probably the best I've had in the taste category. And is a variety break from the darker, heavier brews in the Autumn season. Cheers!

L: Big, frothy white head with a bright amber/gold body. Excellent lacing.

A: Bright, grassy hop notes with some grapefruit rind, pine, and herbal spice character as well. Some very clean breadiness, a little toasty and crockery.

T/M: Smooth bitterness upfront, moves into some bright grassy and citrus zest hop flavors. Some herbal notes sneak in as well, and the malt balances the hops beautifully with crisp toasty bread notes. Finish is grassy hops and clean maltiness.

Overall, this is everything a wet-hop ale should be, plus some. Big bright hop character, and some an excellent malt backbone, just damn tasty.

A: pale-to-medium amber body, nice and clear; full head of ivory foam; lots of lace left down the glass

S: grassy wet fields and fresh-cut grains; floral and herbal, with moments of citrus or pine

T: crisp, slightly chewy pale grains, sweet just a bit, but cut through cleanly by a sharp hop bill, presenting an array of flavors reminiscent of meadows and hay, and wet grassy flowers; traces of caramel sweetness fade into a clean, drying bitter close

M: light-to medium body with ample carbonation and just a little tack; IPA-like feel, drying and mildly bitter close

O: a very solid take on the style, with lots of fresh grain and (hop) flower
