Smokestack Glass
A ~ Pours copper/amber with fine carb. Light specks of lace. Filtered clarity.

S ~ Mango pulp, grass clippings with a stanky edge reminiscent of pumpkin meat & cat pee. Sharp hop aroma all in all!

T ~ Mango follows through with orange & lemon peel. Floral (Daisy?) & herbal, with loads of lawnmower clippings. Malty finish reminiscent of toasted wheat bread with honey.

M ~ Very grassy & herbal on the palette. Heat is light & it is very easy to drink. What is truly great about this beer is that that pale malt still shines through. Hops are not solo here.

D ~ Well balanced & extremely drinkable. Why is this not in Six packs?

I have never seen this before in MN, I think this is a newly distributed item. So I had to grab this bomber for $7

Poured into a pub glass off a semi rigerous pour. 2 inches of of white foamy head form up, slowly receding to leave a thick collar and even thicker webbings of sticky lace.
This is transparent with an amber copper color.

Aroma is all filled with hops, bitter bitter hops.
Theres a tad of grassy hay filled hops as well, plenty of pine bite and a touch of sauteed onions and peppery spice. Malt exists in the mix with a semi-sweet mixture of grains and floral hops juicing forward.

Taste up front is malt and hops, increasingly sweet into the middle. Cereal grains, huge floral hops wafting through my nostrils and returning to flavors. Pine, a touch of mint, peppercorns, aspirin, fresh cut grass and caramel corn buttered toffee.
Finishing bitter with an increasing dryness, hops linger for a good amount of time.

Mouthfeel is full of carbonation with a bit of balance from a fuller body.

Yum!
