Appearance: Darkish amber, hazy and with a head of Belgian proportions.
Nose: Very fruity, spicy and sweet. Reminds me a little bit of Tank 7, but on steroids.
Taste: Rather sweet. Lots of fruitiness, ripe apricot, spice, Belgian yeast. I did not detect any tart notes. Very flavorsome.
Mouthfeel: Medium body and with a tickling amount of carbonation.
Overall: In my head there are two types of Saisons. Sweet ones and sweet/sour ones. This one falls in (and is a prime example of) the former category. Some people may find it a bit too sweet but I think that is a great saison. Due to its intense flavor it may not be the most sessionable of beers but it's one I could personally drink a lot of.

Disclaimer: I'm not a big saison fan, so if you love them, then don't trust my review.
Colored like a lager with a thick white head. The smell is sweet with citrus and whatever that weird saison burned rubber thing is. Same thing on the taste, a relatively bland beer with that funky saison twang on the finish. Glad I tried it, but not really my style.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 7/15/2015. Pours hazy golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a large amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lemon, pear, apricot, apple, white grape, pepper, clove, light banana, wheat, biscuit, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, pear, apricot, apple, white grape, pepper, clove, light banana, wheat, biscuit, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Moderate yeast spiciness and light herbal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, pear, apricot, apple, white grape, pepper, clove, wheat, biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from carbonation and yeast spiciness as well. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, moderately creamy/bready, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an excellent saison! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering.
