Very much FFF Pear Bear-ish! Tart like a lambic, smells like pears....not very Belgian-like.

12 oz. Bottle
Bottled On: Nov 12, 2015

Pours a pretty nice slightly cloudy golden yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a pretty nice small creamy white head, which leaves some sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, yeasty, with some nice banana/coriander notes, slight spice. The taste is very nice malty, yeasty, very nice banana/coriander notes, slightly spicy. Medium body, ABV hidden very well. Overall, a very tasty brew.

Cloudy pale gold with a white head that clings to the edges and leaves spotty lacing. The aroma is yeast, wheat, lemon, coriander and spiciness. The taste bright apple and spiciness with some funk and bread. It is decently carbonated and has an almost medium mouthfeel.

Pale yellow hazy body, white fizzy head, a touch of lace. Nose and taste contain light citrus zest, hay, touch of peppery spice and coriander, wheat, touch of yeasty funk, slightly earthy. Bone dry, but refreshing. Light body, highly carbonated but delicate.
Delicious and dangerously drinkable.

Pours a cloudy golden color, big soapy and fizzy white head, big blobs of lace down the glass. Smell: quite doughy, coriander, dried grass, vaguely fruity. Taste: pear and soft apple, grassy, mildly doughy, coriander and dried pineapple notes. Medium bodied, nearly effervescent carbonation, sticky finish. Decent Americanized take.

Reminds me of a hefeweizen. Was not familiar with saison/farmhouse but its somewhat sweet-then-tart taste is a nice change from my usual choice of an IPA. It pours a hazy pale yellow with a healthy head. Good fizz in the mouth. Yeast, banana, pear tastes and smells. Clean finish. It's a good beer. A nice change from the bitterness of an IPA without being overly malty like ales and lagers seem in comparison.
