"this dark lager gets its special twist from a hefty addition of Bamberg smoked malt."

Serving Type - 22oz bottle
Appearance - Dark black, thick creamy 2 inch head
Smell - Smoke, oak, sugars, robust porter smell, malts, hops
Taste - Was very excited to try this since all previous great divine beers have been great. Well, this is too smokey. It over powers the beer. You cant enjoy the coffee, chocolate and malts in this beer cause its out of balance.
Mouthfeel - Your mouth gets covered in smoked, oak flavors, barley lets in the chocolate and coffee flavors. Palette is covered in thick oil like liquid.
Drinkabilty - Its rather low alcohol for a baltic porter, but it needs some work. You can handle this 22oz in a sitting but honestly, i dont want this again. Stones smoked porter is far superior. Great divine has a decent beer that needs a little work
