From 08/30/12 notes.

a - Pours a hazy yellow-orange color with one inch of white head and moderate carbonation evident.

s - Smells of bananas, cloves, spices, and light grains. A little bit light, but pleasant.

t - Tastes of bananas, cloves, spice, pepper, bready malts, yeast, grains, and light floral hops. Stronger than the nose and very nice.

m - Medium body and low to moderate carbonation, body is super smooth and creamy. Awesome mouthfeel.

o - Overall a very nice hefeweizen, and very easy to drink. Nose is a little light on flavor but the taste is stronger. Would certainly have it again.
