Unbalanced, too much yeast and coriander with no balance.

Bottled on 6/24/14.

Appearance: Very light straw color and crystal clear with a white cap of foam. Nice effervescent bubbles floating to the top.

Aroma: Coriander, wheat, dry yeast esters.

Taste: Very much like the aroma. Nice understated Belgian yeast flavors of coriander and pear. Good hop presence that adds some bitterness and really balances the flavor well. Definitely a wheat presence, which keeps things light and lets the spices and hops shine. Crisp/dry finish with an aftertaste of fading spices. Good depth of flavor for 5.2% ABV.

Mouthfeel: Between thin and medium in body. Smooth despite its slightly aggressive carbonation. Good drinkability.

Final Thoughts: Another good beer from Great Divide, and a style I don't typically enjoy no less. Highly recommended for anyone new to Belgians or looking for a lighter option within the genre. Would I drink it again? Sure.
