Gold amber with a white collar.
I don't know what went wrong with this one--I think maybe it isn't right.
Smell is parmesan, corn, grapefruit.
Taste is that crisped up parmesan that fell off the pizza onto the baking tray.
This is downright funky and pretty bitter. Dry yet slick. Blech!

Bottle.
Appearance: Orange. Crystal clear. Super thin head.
Smell: sweetness. Maple syrup and a bit of alcohol. All aroma is faint.
Taste: Caramel, maple syrup, a little vanilla, alcohol,
Mouthfeel: medium to medium low carbonation. Medium body. Sweet. Warming alcohol notes.
Overall: I like this beer. Big and a little sweet. It's a sipper. Would buy again if it is available.
