An overall solid American Pale Ale. Glowing tan to copper color. Nice foamy creamy head. Subtle hoppy nose, not super hoppy, but that's ok. It's an American Pale Ale, not a super hoppy IPA hop bomb. Nice rich bready flavor, toast even. Pretty good beer to start things off and have with dinner. Nice to see beer being made locally again.

Pours a pleasant and expected copper color with a full head that didn't stick aroud too long. It did, however leave nice enough lacing.
Nose is subtly malty. Piney hops are evident but not overpowering. It's a nicely balanced brew. I've had far better, but far worse pale ales, and this is true to the style and a welcome relief from the insane stranglehold that BMC have over the Florida beer market.
