From the can, it pours a very clear amber with a small head, quickly dissipating to a thin layer and ring. Some citrus in the nose. The mouth follows the nose, with citrus evident and malt following. Enjoyable!

Overcarbonated pour. Smelled like citrus and bittering hops.

Less citrus in the taste, still substantial bitterness. Nothing exceptional, the aroma was the best part. Usual stuff, a little caramel, c hops, tad bit of citrus, orange and grapefruit.

Very flowery and sweet at the beginning with a mild, hoppy finish.

Poured from a can into a Stella glass. A best by date of 11/30/2015. No abv. on the can.

Look- Pours a clean deep amber with a minimal amount of white foam.

Smell- Caramel malt, wet cornflakes.

Taste- Caramel malt with a hint of pine in the finish.

Feel- Rather thin and flat.

Overall- Nothing exciting, just a pretty average IPA. Leans toward the malty side with little hop presence. Better than a Bud or Miller.....

L: Poured center from 12 oz can into a snifter. Foamed over immediately but this can traveled quite a distance to get to me. Golden yellow color with a thick head of egg shell white of mixed size bubbles. Thick sticky retention hangs around for a long time. Several streams of slowly rising carbonation spread across the entire glass.

S: Green hops up front with dry dank in the nose. Some sweet honey as it settles.

T: Malty body and sweet lime in the finish. Green hops in the finish but still

F: Zippy citrus on the tongue yet still creamy and goes down smooth. Dry but still easy to drink for me.

O: I had this way too long in the beer hoard but this held up pretty damn well, or got better with some age. I enjoy malt forward IPA's and the hops probably dropped out a bit.

From can. Best buy 08-02-15, reviewed on 7-6-15

A: light copper with about a finger head. Settles to a thin cap.leaves nice lacing.

S: leafy hop aroma with some citrus. A good dose of malt to even it out. Has an English pale ale like maltiness.

T: leafy hop taste with spearmint characteristics. More of that English pale ale malt flavor. Finish has a minimal hop bite.

MF: light-medium almost creamy.

O: well balanced for an IPA. Not your average west coast IPA.
