Sampled 11/23/2010 at the brewpub. "Imperial Oatmeal Stout."

Pours black with a tan head, good lacing, and not much retention.

Aroma is chocolate and oatmeal with some booze and roast.

Flavor is very sweet, too much so. Dark chocolate and oatmeal with coffee grounds make up the bulk of the flavor. Low bitterness, lots of sugar, and some booze completes this description.

Body is heavy and despite the extreme sweetness this is drinkable.
