Bottle: Poured a deep cloudy amber color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma consists of deeply caramelized malt with some residual sugar notes and light toffee. Taste is also dominated by deep caramelized malt with well-balanced residual sugar notes and some toffee. Body is full with limited filtration with medium carbonation and no apparent alcohol. I really enjoyed this scotch ale with plenty of character and perfect sipper for the end of the night.
