This beer had it all! Classic IPA, hazy amber pour, 1 inch white foamy head, plenty of lacing.

It became so much more complex and very enjoyable as it warmed. The Hops were prominent and reminded me of those old AleSmith Christmas brews. It was resinous and slightly grapefruity, but more piney with an almost perfect biscuity balance. The depth in character here, belies the relatively low ABV.

This is what (celebratory) West Coast IPAs started out like in the 90s. I love today's new IPAs but this was a throwback to a time, that I forgot how much I missed.

500ml bottle poured into a sniffer. Batch#1198, Best for 11/2016.

Hazy deep amber as a showcase, it tops with thick frothy off-white head that stands with good retention before gradually collapsing to a thin eternal foamy layer on the surface and leaving lots of sticky lace in form of patch and spot.

The almighty hop conquers the aroma with its fresh, very fruity, and juicy hoppiness affair. It is reminiscent of wide variety aromas ranging from citrus, grapefruit, lemon, tropical fruit, passion fruit, pineapple, mango, pine, resin, floral, herbal, and spice. Malt is there underneath the hoppy layer with its sweetness and caramel. Truly enticing.

The taste is just like the aroma with overwhelming hop bombardment, it provides the characters that stated in a nose ranging from citrus, grapefruit, lemon, tropical fruit, passion fruit, pineapple, mango, pine, resin, floral, herbal, and spice. Caramelized malt sweetness is there in the undertone while persistent hop bitterness is at the almost end and is there to be last for long as the aftertaste.

Medium body with smooth mouthfeel and some lively carbonation generated crispness and refreshing feel through the palate, finish is pleasantly dry. I have nothing much to say about this but all hail the glory of the mighty hop!

From Cervezalandia. In Teku glass. Playing Electronic Super Joy. The sorachi ace touch is notorius but not cloying. Another good IPA from amager, they never fail

Oh my goodness, I died and went in heaven!

This is the real deal. One of the best IPAs I have ever tasted.

Aroma and taste is out of this world. Amazing stuff.

Bottle: Poured an orangey color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral hoppy notes of citrus and pine is pretty pleasant. Taste is also a great mix of floral hoppy notes of citrus and pine with light residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Well brewed IPA but hops notes could me more dominant.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber, finger white head, fades quickly leaving little lace. Caramel malt aroma with some nice fruit and citrus notes. This is a very balanced IPA with a solid caramel backbone, not overly sweet, floral citrusy hop presence. Medium soft mouthfeel, semi dry finish. This one surprised me.

Nice deep amber color. Being a Scandinavian IPA, I expected balance. This is indeed what you get in the smell. The aroma is complex, it's a mix of fruits and the classic west coast IPA smell. Amongst the fruits, it's hard to identify what stands out, there's that sense of classic grapefruit/tropical smell with a softness brought by a faint peach aroma. But the pine is clearly there, almost dominant.

Taste is piny at first then malty, with quite some bitterness to it. The malt is very present to balance all this. You definitely don't understand all of this beer after one sip it takes some time. It has some power to it, you'd almost believe it's an Imperial IPA but it's only 6.5 %. Only American IPAs pack so much of a punch usually. In the final, the bitterness and pine stay there, before letting the grapefruit shine. This clearly is a European beer made for American taste. Overall I'd like a stronger smell, but the rest is just great.

It may be too "West Coast" for my taste but it's very well done. If I want a fresh West Coast style IPA with some very spicy food, and can't find an American one, I know where to go now.

L - nice golden colour with beautiful lasting white head

S - mostly litchee, pineapple and passion fruit. A real tropical fruit mix

T - Litchee mostly and floral hops, the bitterness is there but not too important, just as you would like an ipa to be

F - fine carbonation

O - A really enjoyable ipa from this danish brewery! Really drinkable!

Nice amber color, pours just a quarter inch of head (if that) with some lacing left over. I didn't get tons of aroma but the taste surprises you in a really good way. Mouthfeel is great as the hoppiness stays throughout.
Grapefruit is what stands out the most in the front and never fades even as you get to the malt finish. If they brewed this thing regularly where I lived, I'd certainly look for it.

Wow! I'm blown away. This is a fantastic beer!

Just a little bit hazy, amber, beer wiyh a white, one finger high, head.
A lot of lacing hangs on the inside of the glass.

Nose: Awesome! Orange marmelade, resin, pine, grass, tropical fruit, pineapple, peach and caramel malt. So much hops in the nose!
Taste: Malt, orange, grapefruit, peach, resin, citrus, pineapple and grass. A great bitterness.
Body: Full body with an almoust oily texture - Is this just an IPA?

I just say; FRESH HOPS! I definitely LOVE this!
