Poured from 12oz can into a tulip. The can is stamped with a date, but it's illegible.
Appearance: light, silvery straw hue with just a little touch of haze. Head is a finger of frothy white foam with a little bit of retention. Nice looking, though more head would be nice.
Smell: earthy and dank with a bit of sourness and a bit of cucumber. There's a very vegetal character going on in the aroma. It definitely has the real fruit in here, but there's something about it that's just a little off-putting to me.
Taste: fresh cucumber, a dash of malt, and a dash of sourness. This is pretty much what it says on the tin; I give it credit for that. The cucumber works a bit better here in the flavor than in the aroma. There's not much sweetness to this beer, which usually complements cucumber well, but in general I think it's pretty successful.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a moderate carbonation and a decent creaminess.
Overall: this beer has a lot of interesting stuff going on; and, while it definitely feels genuine, the cucumber is a bit too much in this earthy, bitter, drier application. So, worth a try if you like cuke, but otherwise it might not work for you.

L- The beer pours a clear pale gold. The head is a modest one finger of bone white foam. The head quickly recedes to nothing leaving no lacing.
S- The nose is primarily the smell of freshly skinned cucumber. Behind that is a bit of lacto sourness.
T- The cucumber is perfectly represented here with that natural flavor you get when you bite into a fresh cucumber. The lacto sourness picks up mid palate and the beer finishes almost Gose like with a bit of saltiness.
F- Mouthfeel is light and dry. Carbonation is light.
O- Super easy drinking beer. Perfect for hot summer days. Best Berliner I've had in a while.

Pours a clear yellow with a half a finger of white fizz forming on top, before quickly disappearing. No lacing. Aroma is sour gummy candy, cucumber, and salt. It's twangy and funky. Flavor profile is cucumbers in every aspect, but they blend well with salt, and a nice twangy, sour twist balancing it all out well. Mouth feel is thin, and smooth. Overall, an insanely refreshing beer. Cucumbers are a welcome edition to this tart and twangy brew. Cucumbers with salt really make it feel like a brew crafted for consumption on the hottest days.
Served in 12oz snifter from a 12oz can.
