Served from a growler into a pint glass.
A-Poured a bright hazy golden color with big fluffy bright white head that left lots of splashy lace.
S- Huge peach, some pineapple, and tropical fruit notes.
T- Lots of peach and some orange marmalade,, light nutty notes, finishes with strong mineral notes and light bitterness.
M- Light bodied, refreshing, and mostly dry finish
O- Yeah, it is a little one-dimensional compared to Fort George's other IPA offerings, but I really liked it and it was great as a light hoppy beer on this beautiful day.

12 ounce can, poured into a pint glass. Canned just over a month ago; 4/22.
A: Clear straw gold, with a big foamy off-white head that leaves behind a little lace.
S: Not as explosive or hoppy as I would’ve hoped. Caramel malt and soft, sweet orange/tangerine. Hints of grapefruit, and a bit of pine.
T: It follows the nose, surprised how much malt character there is and how little hop profile this brew carries; this is a fairly standard Northwest IPA that balances malt and hops. Orange, grapefruit, caramel malt, pine.
MF: Decent body has the back bone of a maltier brew. Light to medium bitterness, with some dryness.
O: Fairly standard fare here, and I really enjoy some of Fort George’s other hoppy offerings. So I had higher expectations for this one. Overall this feels like an old recipe. Not bad, semi-enjoyable, just not very dynamic or hoppy.

16oz can purchased at PCC Natural Market in Bothell, Washington.
Dated 08/13/19. Poured in to a pint glass.
Look- Hazy, golden amber color, solid white head that recedes fairly quick, moderate lacing. Light carbonation streaming as it sits.
Smell- Citrus (orange/tangerine, grapefruit and lemon), tropical fruit (mango and pineapple), dank melon and pine, stone fruits (peach/nectarine) and a bit of berry. Light notes of grass and spice.
Taste- Follows the nose well, juicy citrus with a nice bready malt backbone, nicely balanced.
Feel- Medium bodied with a crisp dry finish. Moderate carbonation.
O- A nice offering that I'll go back to. Worth trying if you see it.

Fort George has put out some wonderful and creative IPAs here in the northwest. This is no exception, the color does not set it apart from others but the aroma, taste and feel really make it jump out at you. Unlike many IPAs, it does not leave your mouth feeling dry and yearning for more. Instead it leaves you refreshed...and yearning for more.
This is very highly recommended for any beer advocate. Additionally, I am looking forward to the next creations that Fort George has up its sleeve.

16oz can served in a pint glass. Don't have the can in front of me, so I don't know what the canned on date was, but it was December sometime if my memory serves.
Pours a somewhat hazy light amber. There was definitely sediment in the bottom of the can. Moderate to high carbonation. Small to medium head. Smell is super juicy.
Taste is more toward hop flowers with a tropical fruit background. Really nice.
Mouthfeel is light, dry, refreshing. Overall, very good beer.
