"THE VAPORIZER" is a golden-hued Pale Ale that features a beautifully hoppy aroma and flavor. The malt is 100% Gambrinus Pilsner, our sweet and supple house malt from Gambrinus Malting in British Columbia. The hops are primarily of the Challenger variety, grown on a single farm in the Yakima Valley. We dry-hop "THE VAPORIZER" to pump up the hoppy goodness. It's an appetizingly dry, clean and pure-tasting take on a hoppy Pale Ale."

Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner malt and Challenger hops. 6% ABV, 50 BU

Look: Lightly cloudy pale yellow with a frothy white head that lids up and slowly settles, leaving great lacing clung to the glass
Aroma: Strong herbal notes, pilsner malt, slightly spicy hop notes, wafts of lemon peel, and bready malt
Taste: Huge herbal and slightly spicy hops kick it off strong and linger while some pilsner malt trickles in and blends well. As the initial hit subsides, lemony wafts appear quickly before pilsner malt and herbal hops lead to the close
Mouthfeel: Full, medium-high carbonation, a slight bite, and a very respectable and noticeable dryness on the finish
Overall: This is delicious stuff. I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever had this beer which is a damn shame as it’s really tasty and unique in its aroma/flavor profile. A huge herbal and a secondary spicy hop note dominate throughout and in an overall tasty American Pale Ale that is quite dry – almost to pilsner levels – which I dig too. Recommended

12 FL OZ bottle
Served in a perfect pint glass

This beer pours pale yellow with a slight haze. It is topped with three fingers of beautiful eggshell head that rises above the rim of the glass and sits like a slow pour. Thousands of bubbles rise from the bottom of the glass continuously replenishing the foam that leaves concentric rings as I consume.

I get a citrus and floral aroma. It has an earthy almost metallic smell and somewhat dank.

Citrus flavor up front. Earthy and minerally through the middle. Bitter in the finish that lingers.

Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel

I can definitely tell that it hails from the PNW with the resiny flavor. It is a decent beer.

12 oz brown bottle. Not nearly as hoppy as I thought this might be, which made me happy. Not a hop head. Clean taste with a mild but distinct hop taste. Well balanced. No aftertaste, just a nice clean beer.

Surprisingly dark gold for a pale ale with a one-finger white foam head. Good bite from the dry-hop stage, with seamless Pilsner malt balance, giving the beer a fuller mouthfeel and a grain backbone. Not much nuance but very easy drinking. I'd go back for another.

16oz bottle picked up at Ballinger Thriftway in Mountlake Terrace, Washington.
Bottled on 5/3/19. Served in a pint glass.

Look- Crystal clear, golden yellow color, nice little white head that receds fairl quickly, leaving a good amount of lacing.
Moderate carbonation stream visible in the glass as it sits.

Smell- Lemon, sweet corn and hoppy/grassy.

Taste- Same as the smell and bitter dry.

Feel- Crisp, dry and fairly refreshing.

O- This definitely more like a pilsner than any pale ale I have had in recent memory. Basic and uninspired.

From the tap, this brew is crisp and fresh. Easy to drink. From the bottle it loses some pizzazz.

Taster pour at the brewery. Very light straw and clear pour, thin head. Lots of lemon on the nose and a bit of grassy hop. Flavor follows. Tart, dry finish.

Both aroma and taste have an unpleasant generic "beery" character. Did not finish 500 mL bottle.
