Contract-brewed for the Rosen Plaza Hotels & Resorts.

A: Clear amber, hint of off-white head, no retention or lace.

S: Floral, grainy, fairly mild aroma.

T: Dry, grainy, fresh floral hops, a slight tartness/sourness, slight hint of fruity (ale) esters, slightly bitter-crisp finish.

M: Light to moderate body, slightly higher than moderate carbonation, fairly dry.

D: Very approachable & digestable, but it doesn't really do it for me.

had this on a company trip, not bad but not a wow either, better than the commercial junk that was offered, would have again as it was the best option available at the event.

Sampled at a Rosen Hotel in Orlando (label indicates "Brewed and bottled especially for Rosen Hotels & Resorts, . . . by The Indian River Beverage Corp., Melbourne, FL).

Derek really nailed this - the beer hasn't changed much since his review.

A: Nice clear whiskey-amber color, rapidly forming head that dissipates quickly with no retention or lacing.

S: Not overpowering, but pretty floral/apple-y.

T: Somewhat estery with a tangy/tart edge. Almost a bitter apple finish.

M: Pretty dry, carbonation level seemed a bit high and seemed to dominate.

D: The tangy/tartness and high carbonation didn't work too well for me - the beer opened up some after it warmed up, though. Guess it would be good hanging out by the pool . . .
