12oz. bottle served in a tulip nonic. Pours a translucent orange-gold with a loose, 1/8th inch, off-white head that immediately disperses towards edges before disappearing. Particles of yeast are present floating in-solution. Nose is fairly subdued - a hint of wheat, medicinal phenols and perhaps a touch of coriander. Flavor profile is a bit closer to the style - there's some orange zest in the mix as well as a hint of cardboard. Mouthfeel is light in body with a carbonation just shy of lively. Overall, unsure of the bottle date but I suspect it might be a little past its prime. It's just a bit lackluster.

Nose mild citrus, coriander, lemon, yeast, wheat, grassy. Taste tangy wheat, faint orange, yeast, grainy corn malt, slight spice, mild carbo, medium dry finish.

Gold in color with a fingernail of eggshell white resting on top. Light lacing. I smell pale wheat. The taste is tart pale wheat with a hint of lemon. The mouth is dry and crisp.

Heavy wheat beer goes great with a turkey sandwich on the boat.

Clean pour, fairly light head with little lacing. Cloudy straw color. Quintessential wheat beer. Fruit and spice, coriander, smell. Taste of golden wheat and floral notes with a milky but effervescent mouth feel. Absolutely wonderful beer across the board.

Not a great deal of smell, but nice wheat taste right at the first touch to the tongue, slight evervescence.

Bottle @ Rhinehart’s in Augusta: This one pours a pale orangish color. It has a fairly good white head on it. This one has a good nose: Wheat, spices and a hint of lime. The taste is also good. Wheat, spices, a hint of lime. Better than I expected to be. I would definitely buy it again. Very refreshing.

to be fair had this out of bottle in a parking lot, was pleasantly surprised not a bad beer at all. as most witbiers for me a little light on the finish, but was craving another and the cooler did not have any left just a few other styles. would drink another for sure.
