The bar space is huge with a front row view of the bottling lines. The bar is a 360 degree circular layout giving the bartender quick access to the taps and the customers equally. The beer is mostly average in execution as well the flavors and recipes lack complexity. Nothing sour or wild, no barrel aged beer, no Belgian saison or German beer styles except America style lagers. Lots of light drinking beer with a few ambers, IPA's and stouts. Tons of TV's flank the bar allowing for mindless zoning out on extreme sports and tennis. This brewery doesn't sell food but has free salty popcorn and lools like a place that all the local 'snow birds' like to day drink at. Tons of retired, transplants talking about their now aging kids and yesteryears passed to some stanger at the bar across the way as they sip light beers. Service was great but nothing special here to buy or bring home. Tons of 6 packs and cases of bottled beer to go in the cooler as well a crowler machine. No need to return or frequent this brewery. It was all very basic flavor profiles and nothing stood out to me. They do have ciders on draft if you have a gluten intolerance.

I visited this brewery's tap room the night before we left for a cruise out of the nearby port. We liked the huge, circular, concrete bar that is the centerpiece of the room. There were plenty of windows, looking on the production brewery's floor. They had a wonderful musical duo strumming great tunes in the corner, and plenty of tasty beers on tap. Several stouts were exceptional, as was the wit. Service was prompt and the crowd was mixed, with various ages and types mingling amicably. Worth a visit.

Big taproom. 15 Beers on tap, 5 Ciders, 1 Shandy. Good selection of beer from light to dark. Decent selection of bottled beer to go. They do growlers, but their pre-order 32oz cans? They have a few light pub snacks, but nothing major. They have some food trucks in on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Also told they have some scheduled events and bands on the weekend. Location is what I've seen as a standard brewery location in a industrial park near Port Canaveral. Staff was friendly and eager to discuss happenings. Beers were good quality and the Ciders were a pleasant surprise since my wife prefers them. Not a lot of Breweries in FL do Ciders.

Cool looking place with games and a place to hang out. Staff was friendly but the beers seem to need some work, nothing was outstanding and most were sub par.

Stopped in on vacation in cocoa beach, Fla. A large impressive place with a huge round bar and a friendly staff.
Impressive beer selection with over 8 -10 of their beers on tap. One bartender wasn't enough for the big crowd on a wednesday afternoon. large windows for a great view of the production area. A little hidden but worth the trip.
A lot of coolers fill with beer to go. A large place with plenty of parking.

Under-staffed on a Tuesday afternoon when the large circular bar was completely full. Fortunately, there were plenty of free tables and the server was efficient when he finally got around to us. Lots of beer choices with most better than expected (i.e., average or better). Cold beer to go as singles, 4- and 6-packs, growlers and crowlers.

This was stop #9 on a Florida vacation for my wife and me. The pub is located along a busy commercial street, but this building and those behind it are all industrial in their appearance. Access to the brewery is from a private street/driveway that is partially blocked off so that finding the way in here at night was awkward. The large room that serves as the tasting room has a circular bar in the center, and a good number of tables are around the perimeter. A wall of coolers has beer to go, and a wall of windows allows viewing the production area.

There were 16 beers and two ciders on tap, and we chose a sampler flight of 6 styles that we enjoy the most to be able to evaluate the beers. All of the beers are brewed very well to style so that we gave a grade of B+, B or B- to everything. The most notable one was the Swamp Ale Red Rye DIPA, followed closely by the Passport 20 Belgian Trippel. Kudos to this brewery for a great job with the beers.

There is no food served here, but snacks are available. However, the pub is food friendly so that you can bring food in with you or have some delivered by ordering from available menus from nearby places. We liked this place and would return if we are ever in the area again.

This is the third stop my son and I have made on our monthly visits to the local breweries in Brevard County, FL - Florida Beer Company did not disappoint.

On this trip, my daughter also tagged along and we had a great time. This was by far, the most visually stunning of all the local breweries we have visited to date. Their bar is a wide diameter circle in the middle of this vast and tall, atrium-like room. Plenty of space to move around for their busier times and if you sit at the bar strategically, you can gawk at the brewery through hugh, glass windows or peek at what is offered at their modest gift shop - all within a few steps of each other.

Their brews were all good - from the lagers to the double imperial IPAs, we were not for wanting more - but it was a weekday so we kept it nice and simple. The staff could have been a bit more friendly. Not sure what we said or did (or maybe laughed too loud) to turn them off - but other than that, we had a great time.

The FBC taproom is now open!!! It is a large and impressive first floor space, well lit with a huge panorama of the brewing floor. The bar is circular and televisions abound around the taps on the center column. There are also many high and a few low tables. The atmosphere is clean and professional, not a bad/weird place to bring kids or non-bar people. The service is excellent, but they usually need more bartenders. No smoking and no food, but you can bring food in and there are many delivery menus available. There are also several beers available that they don't distribute, such as the Feast of Flowers which is a farmhouse ale, 8.8%, brewed for Epcot. Some of the beers are better than others. Their Sunshine State Pils is much lighter and crisper than the other pils they have, and stay away from the wheat IPA. My personal favorite is Gaspar's Porter.

They are still in the soft opening stage, and they plan to include wifi access and brewery tours sometime this summer. A little out of the way, but certainly worth a visit!
