Hazy yellow with hints of gold. Thin head that dissipates quickly.

Candy caramel toffee aroma of malted grain.

Thin body, but a nice white bread malt taste with a spicy floral hop notes early in the sip.

Easy drinker, excellent beer for style.

Light, crisp and refreshing. Could crush this all day. Not huge in the flavor department, but on a hot day or while playing golf, it would do the trick.

Location: Cambridge Whole Foods
Draught/Bottle: Bottle
Glassware: Red Wine Glass

Appearance: Extremely pale on the yellow to pale gold side. Allows a ton of light in and very easy to see through. Bone white carbonation that quickly dissipates. No cling.
Aroma: Very clean aroma, pale malts with a very Bready aroma. Crusts and water crackers. Some bitter scents from the hops as well as a very lemony aroma. Very clean yeast.
Taste: There is a very nice light flavor of bread and butter from the wheats and maybe the yeast. It finishes with a lemony dryness and pucker from the hop and hop bitterings. All the flavors are very clean and nothing is overpowering.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied and very lightly carbonated. A drying mouthfeel from the lemon hop acidity is really the only thing to mention as none of the flavors or even the weight of the beer doesn't last long.

When summer comes, cases of Golden Ale are the way to go. Great year round but perfect in the summer. When I have friends looking to start drinking beer this is often one of the brews I suggest to start with. Light malt, light hops, great refreshing taste. Wonderful
