Most beer is located in the back of this beverage store. Very good prices but with an upcharge for credit cards. Helpful, if not always knowledgeable, staff. They have a very large and decently organized selection that is especially strong in locals and bomber bottles. Weak points include some unpriced bottles and the lack of mixed-6 packs.

First and foremost this is a liquor and wine store. The entrance to the store is always into those two areas and the beer is way in back. On the weekends there is a female liquor rep (scantily clad) trying to get you to buy their chosen potion. The problem is that they don't let you sample...just look at the girl and buy the booze. Anyway...the beer selection is pretty good and well organized. Tons of local brews for really good prices and they do really good with the seasonal craft beers. If you're a local make sure to sign up for their frequent shopper program. They have a monthly beer special that gets you a dollar or two off and you also get a matching glass from the brewery.

On my way to my hotel from a trip to Green's on Buford and I remember seeing this place on BA so I whipped in to give it a look.. So glad I did...

Beer is located in the back of the store and there's a ton of it... Rack after rack of bomber and sixers... Most of the beer is room temp which irks me a touch but it is what it is...

Very nice selection of sours and wild ales all together so I hit it up right off... Picked up a Girardin Black Label and a Cuvee Rene..

Beer seems to be separated by brand and type so it makes it easy to find a particular beer from a particular brewer... Found a lone bottle of Lost Abbey Deliverance as well so I snagged that one also...

Came across several bottle of Courage and snagged two of those along with some Brew Free or Die IPA, a Wilco Tango Foxtrot and an Allagash Curieux...

Nice beer run for me and I thought this place outshone Green's.. Green's might have had more Belgians but the ones at Tower's just seemed to be better quality to me...

Easily the best place I've stopped thus far in the city...

This was my first beer stop in Atlanta, and I was satisfied. They had a very nice selection of Belgians, a huge selection of locals, and the usual distro brands: Founders, Ommegang, etc. Picked up an Aphrodite, a fresh Maharaja, a Sorachi Ace (which I hadn't seen back home in PA for months), and a fresh La Folie. The cashier was very pleasant, and the rest of the staff seemed very eager to help, though I didn't ask for anything. Store was very clean and everything was priced reasonably. Either this or Greens was the best of the four stores I visited.

It is one of two places I frequent in Atlanta. The other being Green's on Buford Highway. They have quality selection and area always getting new stuff in. Also have some excellent deals every once in a while. The people that work there are awesome. This is the one thing that definitely separates them from my experiences at Green's. There is always someone that asks me if I need any help. The guy that runs the beer section is extremely knowledgeable and has good recommendations. The prices are definitely right on par with the cheapest I have seen in Atlanta. They also have a great liquor selection to accommodate a really good beer selection. They have an entire side of a rack dedicated to Belgian beers. The other side of the rack contains the remainder of the bombers they offer. They are also on top of getting things when they are first available. I know if they don't have it then I won't be finding it anywhere else.

Beer isn't the focus of this mega-warehouse liquor store, but there is still quite a sizeable collection. There's a wide variety of six packs and bombers, much better than I expected. It's not quite Green's (and certainly not Hop City), but it's not far behind. Solid selection of Belgians and American micros. I'm not sure about service, as I didn't need any help and nobody was near the beer anyway. I did notice they had a wine help desk.

I don't know what people are talking about when they say this is in a sketchy area, as it's in Lindbergh, near Buckhead, and I just about got run over by both a Range Rover and a Mustang on my way in. I suppose the Cheshire Bridge area to the South is full of strip clubs, but it's not unsafe.

This is one of my favorite stores, and what it lacks in selection (which isn't much), it more than makes up for in staff.

The selection is great, both imports and craft. The selection is also growing, I have been told by the beer manager that he tries to order a few additional things every week, and I have been witness to this happening, it was not just lip service.

Every time I go I am greeting by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member from the store. This happens to the point where by now some of them know my drinking preferences and have great recommendations.

The store is very nice and clean, location convenient, though I guess that varies from person to person. This is quickly turning into one of Atlanta's best beer stores.

Went here on Friday on what seemed to be a Grail expedition for some Wake and Bake. Wasn't in luck but they did have a decent amount of good brews. They had a good amount of quality beers, but their stock set up seems to have zero rhyme or reason. It was a bit frustrating because it seems like they just put beer where there is a hole in inventory. Even the coolers bounce in and out between craft and gourmet beer and then macros are thrown in without abandon. Its just a bit frustrating because I found myself circling the beer area like a shark seeking his prey.

The service was pretty good. There always seemed to be someone busily running by but they always threw a "Hello, you need help?", my way. Which was nice.

Selection seems to be ok just need to fix the clutter and the screwed up stocking technique.

Prices were pretty damned reasonable. Everything seemed at or below the prices I am used to from Greens and other bottle shops in the area. Still, this would just be a last ditch effort for me. I will hit up Greens before I come out here to get beer. The area is a bit seedy, with a ton of bums waiting for you at the car.

It's located in a bit of a shady area. If you like to buy porn or stop by a strip club on your beer runs then this is the perfect place for you! The store actually looks somewhat nice, and almost out of place. The inside is well lit and clean, organized with plenty of signs. The beer department isn't marked, but you can see the coolers. It's toward the back right.

Most of the six packs are in the cooler, but there are six pack displays, and plenty of single bombers and 750ml bottles on some shelves next to the coolers. The selection is expansive, with just about any beer you could find in the area. It's up there with Green's. Prices seemed about average.

I thougt the service was great, as not one, but TWO people asked me if I needed help. This has never happened before. Someone even took several minutes to see if a beer was available in the area. They seemed to know their stuff as well.

I'd say this is one of the better places I have been to in Atlanta, although it's somewhat far from where I usually stay when I'm visiting my parents. Definitely worth a visit.
