Medium amber with some medium orange, in appearance. A bit of a perfumed, medium light malt aroma, with the lightest hop note. Taste is smooth, with the perfumed, medium lightly toasted malt characteristic, found in the aroma.
IBU: 40

On tap at the brewpub.
The appearance was a burnt pale orange color stifling a bit of transparency but yielding just a touch of carbonation that was seen rising at a moderate pace to fill a finger's worth of white foamy head that slid off at a moderate pace. Some stringy lace ran here and there.
The aroma had some crisp semi-sweet orange to lemon rind developing a little bit of dried grass and then following into a light biscuit malt background.
The flavor was moderately sweet through the prior mentioned aromas to meld together on into the aftertaste fairly nice.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt somewhat low but nice. ABV felt appropriate. Semi-smooth floral to bitter grinding citrus rind sort of finish.
Overall, pretty nice APA that I could come back to. Second glass I had of this went well with their bacon cheeseburger.
