Pours hazy amber with a small head.
Nose shows wheat, citrus, floral perfume-like notes and herbal characters. A bit... weird.
Flavours are equally unusual. Lemon, floral notes, light malt. The salt isn't over but certainly contributes to the beer's unique profile.
Body seems to be on the watery side, while the carbonation is much too high.
Not really my kind of beer.

330ml poured into tulip glass

L - pours thick frothy white head, about 2 inches. HAzy, trace of mixed sized sediment. A shade more brown than straw

S - sweet, floral hoppy aroma with a hint of yeast, and vanilla

T - horlicks style sweet malts, with noted yeast/ester kick. Switching over to lemon zest finish. Not much bitterness to speak of.

M - Well carbonated, mineral rich slick texture, watery finish

O - ok, it is refreshing without being a hop fiend - more like a summer or golden ale. I like the low ABV though, it may be my go to mid strength beer.

I had a 330ml bottle.
Appearance: very light dull yellow and hazy not that far off a white wine if you can imaging a cloudy dull Chardonnay. Small head that did not last. Disappointing in the look of the beer. I am wondering if this bottle is right or if I have one from a dud batch.
Aroma: the beer improves here. The aroma is surprisingly fruity for such a pale looking beer. Lots of citrus and especially lemon and grapefruit.
Flavour: the citrus overtones don't translate to the palate well at all. The beer is weak and tasted very watered down to me. Virtually no flavour only some lemon notes. It is s dry finish and carbonation is good so it is refreshing as the brewer intends from the style. I can see where they are coming from. It is a beer you can slam down a few of fast and not feel you have drank a few as it is very light. I am tempted to say this is like a Bud in its lack of flavour.
Overall: rather a disappointing tasting beer for me. Apart from the aroma which was very nice.

Last of the keg at the Local Taphouse.

Pours a clear golden colour, mild haze. White head, nice thin and foamy crown. Nice lacing. Pretty good but too clear.

Smells somewhat fruity. Mild apple with banana and peach. Very subtle, can use more aroma.

Taste is subtle, fairly bland. Nice fruit tang, apple and some peach. Dries up early and finishes a little yeasty. Quite dry and a little carbolic. Not bad, but not too much character.

Tingly, gets fairly dry at the back. Not terrible for the style, I welcome the texture that's there.

OK but nothing exciting. Could definitely use a bit more character.

Bottle: standard brown 330mL bottle, pretty ordinary label - looks like either a cheap SEA beer or the sign out front of a sleazy nightclub, not an reasonably expensive Australian boutique.

Appearance: a slightly hazy pale amber with steady streams of fine carbonation. A one-finger fluffy head pops up and drops over a couple of minutes, with sporadic lacing. Decent.

Aroma: a fairly weak aroma, but what is there is quite pleasant - sweet herbal and citric hops with the tiniest hint of sweet malts - possibly biscuit.

Taste: much stronger than the aroma without being over the top. Lemon zest, biscuit malt is stronger with some fantastic bitterness accompanying the sweet herbal characters on the nose.

Aftertaste: drops off pretty quickly, but that's fine - it's a nice, easy-drinking summer beer.

Mouth feel: somewhat heavier than I expected - moderate in feel with a spritely carbonation. Could possibly use the carbonation to be backed off a touch, but otherwise it goes down pretty smooth and easy.

Overall: this was a much better beer than the frankly rubbish label led me to believe. A good combination of lemon zest, sweet herbs and bittering hops. All told, worth a 6-pack or case every now and then, at AU$65 a case (2013).

330ml bottle purchased from Slowbeer.

Pours a very clear pale golden colour, with a bubbly head of white, that peters out very quickly, leaving the smallest, thinnest sliver around the edge. No lacing as a result, although the carbonation continues to stream pretty rapidly. Looks decent enough for what it's meant to be.

Nose is faint, with some buttery Sorachi Ace characters coming through along with a mildly herbal "generic hop" overtone. A little citrus as well, but it's ephemeral. Pleasant enough, without being very powerful or exciting.

Taste is similar: the Sorachi Ace is noticeable here (at least, I assume it's SA—it sure tastes like it). Clean, buttery, lemony characters with a mild crispness on the end to dry it out. Body is extremely light and the carbonation is high. Minimal malt, which is pretty much what you want.

Overall, very drinkable and refreshing, and it does something a little bit interesting with the light, easy-drinking summer ale. Nice stuff.

From Warners. No BB.

Pours a hazy amber. Half finger white head.

Aromas of lemons, citrus, yeast, sherbert.

Taste is very crisp and refeshing. Lemons dominate intially, then yeast comes thru and is followed by a crisp finish. And yes then the salt comes thru which is kinda wierd as the overall idea is thirst quenching then it leaves you wanting another mouthfull to get rid of the salty taste

Mouthfeel light and well carbonated.

Excellent first beer of evening.

Another new release from Temple and on the back is states"A light and refreshing beer with a soft malt character complemented by the fresh hop aroma of citrus and summer fruits and the addition of an ancient sea salt" and it pours a hazy apricot hue which leaves a wispy one finger head and a rim of lacing, the smell is peaches, nectarines, sherbet and light citrus, the mouthfeel is just under medium bodied and the taste is rather fruity like stated with hints of passionfruit, peaches, nectarines, lemon sherbet and finished with a pleasant grassy hop dryness which leaves you wanting another sip probably due to the Sea Salt added and overall it is what it says it is a nice enough drop that quenches your thirst and at its low ABV a good one in between your bike ride cheers.
