10 ounce pour at Lupulo in NYC. Served in a teku.
Love the look on this. Slightly hazy but still straw and golden body with a frothy, sudsy pale white head.
Smell and taste are both nods to the name of the beer or vice versa meaning the green bottle, or the oftentimes resulting skunkiness factor heavily in the flavor. It's got that. And I like it. A floral honey quality complements the sweet, bready grains too.
It's clean, a touch tart, and light, but still plentiful in feel.
I loved it. Coulda drank plenty of this through the summer.
