Bottle poured into a tulip glass. Beer pours a clear golden color with three plus fingers of bright white fluffy head of mostly tiny bubbles. Minor lacing as the head dissipates to a thick collar of foam. Tons of carbonation streaming up from the bottom of the glass, very effervescent.

Aroma is fruity ester dominated, apple, pear, stone fruit, some light white pepper spice, and biscuit malt sweetness.

Taste follows nose, fruity ester dominated, apple and pear, light stone fruit like peach and plum, a bit of floral hop bitterness, coriander and white pepper. Dry finish, with mostly ester flavors lingering.

Light body and heavily carbonated, really stings at the tongue a bit, but does wipe it clean and dry after swallowing.

Pours a clear golden color, bright white finger of head. Aroma is musky, almost a white grape, faint tart, fruity esters, slight citrus, funk, bread. Taste is a bit less complex, but firm and to the point. Light fruity esters, yeast funk, citrus bits, grape skins, bordering tart. Medium body, not very crisp, could use more of a prickly carbonation note.

Nice and unique Saison.

Had on-tap at Avenue Pub New Orleans. Served in a goblet.

A- Pours a light amber color with a 1/4 inch white head that retains a bit before becoming a thin ring around the edge of the glass and a small center patch of surface foam. Nearly no lacing.

S- Bright effervescent aroma brings notes of mango, peach and pineapple. Saison yeast provides an enjoyable richness.

T- The flavor reflects the nose but is more restrained in the fruitiness as it's not very sweet. It's actually a bit tart as there's some trace amounts of wild bacteria.

M- Very dry and snappy from the high carbonation. Reminds me of seltzer water or champagne. Light body.

O- A refreshing and light saison that has a subtle tartness and lots of bubbles.

A: Pours from a corked and caged 750ml bottle a hazy, light egg-yolk yellow with half-inch white head which leaves spots of lace.

N: Perfumy, floral, fruity and yeasty.

T: Saison peppery spices and yeast, persimmon and elder flower not distinct but impart a fruity and slightly tart element.

M: Moderate body and medium carbonation. Fruity, yeasty, and spicy finish.

O: Perfect for summer afternoon. Refreshing and easy to drink.

A: Bright, neon orange body. Hazy. Bright white fizzy head that denses up and leaves moderate lacing and has very good retention. After several minutes still roughly half-finger head still remains.

S: Belgian yeast and funk are heavy on the nose. Passion fruit, bananas, and bubble gum sweetness. White wine reminiscent.

T: The farmhouse yeast and funk tastes dominate. Very floral on the palate.

M: Very Dry. Prickly. Heavy carbonation. Medium body.

O: A slight disappointment in the taste after a pretty complex waft, but overall not bad. Glad I got to try, but I probably wouldn't buy if I saw it on the shelves in the future.

750ml bottle into snifter.

A: Pours a clear golden amber with a fluffy white head that slowly faded into a thick film and lasting collar. Wispy lace.
S: Sweet fruits and peppery yeast and spices come out in the nose with hints of persimmons, apricots, and earthy must.
T: Bitter and clean flavors of light persimmon, peach, lemon zest, leafy hops and elderberry, Belgian style yeast, and a ton of herbal and peppery spices. The finish is full of champagne-like white grape, green, bitter and leafy fruits and berries, and musty soil. I get a few lingering hints of green banana, peaches, and bready malts.
M: Drying mouthfeel, crisp and clean overall with fizzy and fuzzy carbonation. Light and easy to drink.
O: A refreshing and interesting beer. Flavor combination is strange but works well. Not the greatest saison but a beer I’d probably drink again.

Thanks to wethorseblanket for sharing this one at Wowcoolman's tasting.

Pours a murky honey orange with a foamy beige head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace slowly drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, floral, spice, and slight sour fruit aromas. Taste is much the same with earthy floral and spice flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of yeast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with more of a fruit presence coming across in the aroma.
