I hit up both this location and the Pasco Yoke's on a recent trip to the tri-cities, and I agree with other reviewers here that they are largely the same; however, I would say the Kennewick location has just a bit narrower a selection.

Selection is decent for a grocery store, with a nice walk-in cooler for sixers and half-racks and a good-sized refrigerated case for singles, primarily in 22s. There were a couple of small unrefrigerated displays of larger-format bottles as well. They also had offerings from some Eastern Washington breweries that we don't get on the west side of the mountains, which is nice. Overall, as I said, good for a grocery store.

An independent grocery store on Kennewick's south side, Yoke's has an above average beer selection. Inside their walk-in cooler are the choice beers. Most local breweries are present (Snipe's Mountain, Scuttlebutt, Snoqualmie), some Belgians (Chimay, Affilgem), and the funky outlier (Port Old Viscosity, Hop 15, though both were a bit overpriced) Decent selection of other craft beers (Terminal Gravity, Rogue, Ommegang), with the highlight probably being a pretty good representation from Samuel Smith. Not in the league of westside's better bottle shops.

This store has the range of usual grocery store items in a walk-in cooler just inside the entry doors. Across the aisle is an air-screen cooler with a selection of brews that is very good for a grocery store in Eastern Washington. It wouldn't compare well with a larger store in the Seattle market but is quite nice for the area. Everything is refrigerated. The selection in this area centers around single serve beers with a few 4pk's thrown in for good measure. Most of the local NW smaller brewers are represented; Ice Harbor, Northern Lights, Elysian, Scuttlebutt, Snoqualmie Falls, Roslyn, Iron Horse, etc. There is also a fair selection of German, English, and other "world" beers. Nice variety of cork finished 750ml's including Ommegang and Unibroue.

Yoke's is a somewhat high-end grocery store chain. This particular one is in the Kennewick highlands. While by no means stellar, it has the best beer selection I've ever seen in the Tri-Cities, and I say that as someone raised in Kennewick who visits the area regularly.

The area where single bottles can be found - and that most BAs would be most interested in - is across the aisle from the walk-in cooler that's mostly filled with macros and malternatives. The selection gravitates toward northwest micros - Ice Harbor bottles are present, unsurprisingly, along with regionals and semi-regionals like Snipes Mountain, Northern Lights, Scuttlebutt, and several Seattle nd Oregon breweries I'm forgetting. There are also some Belgian and German beers, along with US micros from further afield. While some Ommegang beers are available to me in Spokane, this was the first place I was able to get Ommegang Abbey Ale - in 750 ml caged and corked bottles. Altogether there's around 50 bottled beers, and all are refrigerated.

This is a grocery store first and foremost. Therefore, expect grocery store service - someone may inquire as to whether they can help you if they happen to be there, but I wouldn't count on it.

There's another Yoke's in the Tri-Cities - located in west Pasco - but I've only been there once, shortly after they opened, and at that time it had no beer selection to speak of. This location would probably be your best bet for beer along with the three brewpubs in the area.
