A dangerously drinkable Double Pale Ale version of our flagship APA.
This intense beer is exploding with Citra, Amarillo, & Centennial hops, delivering massive citrus aromas and blasts of hop bitterness in a formidable juggernaut of a body that’ll have you seeing double.

Medium yellow, clear, but a haze appeared as I poured the last of it from the can.
Aroma reeks of Citra - in a good way - but with Amarillo and Centennial providing a solid West Coast vibe.
Pillowy, white, long lasting head which, if I didn't know better, I'd assume was from wheat. But the brewery doesn't show wheat in the grain bill. I'll take their word for it.
Medium body. Crisp, deceptively light, grapefruity. Citra is dominant, but not quite as forward as the aroma would suggest. A very pleasant hop/malt balance. Definitely favoring the hops, but with a solid malt backbone. Just enough bitterness to remind you that this is not to be trifled with.
A well hidden 7.75% ABV, this beer will sneak up on you.

Look- pours light Amber with 1” head. Crisp effervescent bubbles
Smell- pine, citrus and hint of lemon
Taste- citrus and lemon immediately , followed with smooth slightly sweet to dry finish
Feel- nice body, crisp, medium carbonation. Not heavy
Overall - great tasting beer! I will be purchasing this again.

A: The beer is relatively clear amber yellow in color and has a light amount of carbonation along with some fine visible particulates floating in suspension. It poured with a thin layer of white bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of citrusy and floral hops are present in the nose along with notes of caramel malts.
T: The taste is nearly a mirror image to the smell, except that the caramel flavors are bit weaker. There is a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and quite crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This APA is rather hop forward and is relatively easy to drink given its lighter-bodied nature.
Serving type: can

Fairly nonthreatening, tastes like an all day ipa. No bitterness whatsoever, which is an incredible feat. Although it's a ddh, it's hard to tell until you notice you're kinda buzzed
