Deep golden in color, made with light caramel malts, hopped with loads of Amarillo hops with a slight citrus flavor, then dry hopped for 4 days for a plentiful aroma.

I'll never seek Zombie Dust again after finding a new Amarillo and Citra Hopped APA that's practically half the price and not a pain to find. Awesome flavor profile on this one...juicy and crushable.

12 oz can from Tavour. Bright, clear golden body with small foamy head. Dusty, grainy aroma. Dryness starts at the taste, more biscuit malts, and light hoppiness. Nice feel throughout. Lingering bitterness.

Brickstone is a delightful American Pale Ale that is brewed in Illinois, and it is sure to please any beer enthusiast. From its golden amber color to its crisp, hoppy finish, this beer is a must-try for those who appreciate the taste of a well-crafted ale.

12 oz. can. canned JAN 18, 2022. Another new one to me from BrickStone, acquired a single can as part of a mixed six pack at the local Binny's.
Poured to Ballast Point stemware.
I guess i was a bit aggressive on the pour - three big fluffy fingers of white head. Tonnnns of good rings and scattered lacing throughout. Body is a light colored golden.
Aromas of bready caramel malts, some must, maybe a bit of noticeable yeast content coming through. Doughy, a bit herbal, with notes of lemongrass. Still smells fairly fresh and appealing, even after 9 months in the can.
Bit of a subdued flavor - notes of bready malt and soft lemongrass are overcome by a powerful orange / citrus zest note on the finish.
Feel is smooth & clean. Hoppy, oily, resinous, & dry on the finish. 6.25% abv is well hidden.
Overall, was hoping for more floral elements, more balance. BrickStone has impressed me overall, and I would try this one again fresh, but I'll go for a lighter, breadier pale next time.

Beer #1 from the 2021 advent calendar. Nice can/ graphics.
So it was really frothy when pouring, and the head stuck around for a good long time. The aroma was highly floral. The taste was of tropical fruits and sweetness, not something I'd associate with a traditional APA. The bitterness level was on point, though; i.e. more hop flavor than bitterness.
It started out being sort-of too much but it really started to grow on me after a while and I ended up enjoying it muchly.

L: Pours a bright, crisp golden color, massive, frothy white head that leaves a nicely laced glass.
A: Pine, citrus and maybe some stone fruit.
T: Citrus, stone fruit, caramel.
F: Medium bodied, good carbonation, nice hoppy finish.
O: IMHO, this is really a nice APA!
