A - Served a clear copper-orange color with a finger of off-white frothy lacing. The head fades down to a thin ring leaving behind some nice lacing.
S - Aroma is full of citrus hop and grapefruit. There is also some sweet caramel malt and a touch of bread.
T - Starts off with a mix of citrus hop flavor and bitterness and some sweet caramel malt. Through the middle some more bitterness and a bit of pine. Finish is a mix of grassy hops and bitterness and just a bit sweet.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. The beer is smooth and dry from the bitterness.
D - Very drinkable. The hop profile is very nice and the hop malt balance is also very good. There is a nice bitter kick at the finish.

LOOKS: A slightly hazy golden with a small white foam that leaves a mild lacing down the glass.
AROMA: Canned pineapple, slight astringency, white bread, and mild pine/dank vibe.
TASTE: See above.
FEEL: Well carbonated, dry, and medium body.
OVERALL: Had it a million and one times before.

- pours a clear gold with a frothy head that quickly dissipates
- initially a powerful hop aroma, slightly catty, that gives way to a lovely citrus bouquet
- crisp and hop forward on the tongue. finishes with an astringent/grapefruit quality I quite liked
- nice "bite" and not overly carbonated
- while not the biggest fan of IPA's this was quite good
I like "drinking local" and this certainly qualifies as we are less than 20 miles from the brewery. This beer was bottled just 2 weeks ago!
Poured from a 500 ml bottle.

Enjoy by 9/21/15.
Pours a hazy gold with a foamy khaki head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of citrus fruit, citrus zest, and grapefruit juice aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest, grapefruit juice, and pine needle flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with a solid mix of citrus and earthy hop aspects that much better in the smell to me.
