This beer is a good go to when there isn't a better IPA, APA, Blonde or Pils offered. Just sayin.

Nice ESB, easy drinking, nothing over the top of . This is a great session beer when you want something light with more flavor and tired of AALs and IPAs

Pours a crystal clear amber color with a big eggshell colored head.
Smells of wheat, cornflakes, wet grass and a light floral quality.
Has a soft, partly silk mouthfeel, with a slightly effervescent finish, showcasing the beers lighter body perfectly well.
Tastes of crackers, toffee, wet straw and a faint herbal touch. The herbs slowly develop a powerful bitterness, maintaining its calm and thoughtful appearance, while switching gears, now the malts support the hops. This enriches the beer quite a bit, as it never looses its balance and never turns out abrasive, but creates a nice herbal refreshment, which stays on the palate unusually long.
This is quite unique and strongheaded, coming together very well. Reminding me of a Helles at first, this provides a prominent, well integrated hoppiness, which pushes this way further.

Taste: crisp, subtle sweet caramel, nutty, and some tart fruit notes. Mild fruit nose. Amber, semi clear, foamy head with a ring of lace. Medium/lite body. Might not been given a fresh sample.

Pours a clear orangish amber color with off-white colored head. Caramel, bread, toffee, a light grass note, and some cereal on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes with more caramel and bread.

Poured 16oz can into snifter. It is a light and cloudy amber color with some warming red tones. A fat sandy colored 2.5 finger head fades slowly and coats my glass with webbed lacing. The aroma is somewhat weak with bready notes, slightly fruity, and light earthy hops. The initial flavor is a dose of bready malts, but becomes more balanced from U.S. Golding hops, this combination permits a beautiful sweetness, without being cloying. Feel is rather light and crisp. It's hard for me not to buy these $5.50 16oz canned 4 packs even if they are fairly conservative.

Pours with a finger of off white foam, deep saturated reddish orange sunset tones, bright clarity.
Delicate sticky lacing around the edges. Toasted malt aroma, lightly sweet, vague yeast presence.
Smooth taste, toasted malt, multigrain bread crusts, light bitterness in the aftertaste. Light bodied with light easy going carbonation. Overall this was surprisingly pleasant, though it doesn't reinvent the wheel. Good intro craft beer for the hop averse.

This pours a clear, dark amber color with a slight beige head. The aroma is malty with a touch of citrus. The taste is smooth and easy drinking. It has a well-balanced flavor and taste. I thought it was a lot better than the rating would suggest.

I think this is a pretty solid brew from a very small outfit. I had it from a can bought at a local IGA ... no idea how fresh it was. It definitely leaves me wanting to try more of their stuff.
