I enjoyed this beer from the comfort of my own living room. I enjoyed some of the growler on its own and then I enjoyed some more with a chocolate creme pie.
Appearance: Pours a nice dark chestnut brown color that shows off some red in the light with a billowy brown head that stuck around for only a short while.
Smell: Sweet bread-like malty goodness and nutty.
Taste: Just as the smell suggests but some hop bitterness to balance it out.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied and smooth.
Drinkability: Very enjoyable beer. I am pleasantly surprised at the enjoyable taste only because I forgot I had it and let it sit for 5 weeks after picking it up at the brewery while in Wausau for the day.

Poured a beautiful dark reddish brown with bright ruby highlights. A bit of a tan head dissipates fairly quickly. Smell is very bready and toasty , with a floral element from the noble hops that fades quickly as the beer sits. Rich malt dominates the taste, along with a hint of chocolate and maybe coffee roast. Would prefer less roast character, although it is far from dominant. Does a nice job balancing richness and drinkability. Nice medium mouthfeel that compliments the other elements. Nice medium dry finish that keeps the beer from being too heavy.
This brewery is all about nuanced lagers, and I am a fan. Can't wait to try more of their beer!

Brown color with some red highlights. Nice tan head, but not thick. A little more going on than "lacing," but a little less than "foam." Whatever you choose to call the head, it clings a little to the glass. Gentle sweetness to the malt. Rich and sweet malt flavor. Gentle notes of chocolate and caramel. Nice flavor for a sweet beer. The beer manages to pull off being "sweet" without doing it obnoxiously. There is some gentle bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is okay, but not the highlight of this beer. I thing I have found a theme with Bull Falls in that this beer seems to be served a little warmer than most draft beers. I like this and hope to see the practice utilized by others.

Billowy off white head on dark walnut brown body. Decent lacing and staying power for the head.
Aroma is filled with toasted aromatics with slight malt sweetness and perhaps a fading finish of hop spiciness.
The taste is filled with malt and toasted bready fullness, but there is a balance of hop bitterness so that the beer is not cloying or caramelly and the beer does not feel thick on the tongue Very drinkable.
This bock was very enjoyable and reminds me of many of the bock beers that used to be available from regional lager breweries in Wisconsin and the upper Midwest. A very nice spring time seasonal.

7.2 ABV tested from 1st batch of 2018, 16oz Cans.
Look: Transparent Dark amber or Medium Brown. Nice very light tan head that leaves plenty of lacing.
Smell: mild roasted sweet malt
taste: Some roasted malts with some caramel, dark fruit, chocolate, Bread. Micro hints of hops No flavor dominates. pretty well Balanced. This is a smooth medium duty flavor wise dunkel bock. medium sweetness.
A nice beer, I have had this in the years past. But it seems better this year. It could just be that I got it much fresher this year.

A: Dark, cola color, with tan, lasting head.
S: Bready, malty, chocolate. Inviting as hell.
T: Sweet chocolate malts explode in the mouth, finishes with a slight twinge of alcohol.
M: Coats mouth with sweet goodness. Clean feeling, meduim body. Not heavy and greasy like a doppelbock.
D: Big time drinkability. Was happy to drinking from the last barrel of the year! Among the best, not the best spring bock I have ever had. The others are just weak compared to this. It's almost like a doppelbock, but without the dark fruit tones, and the heaviness. Great job guys!

16 oz can poured into red solo cup for the short notice share with Justin and Morgan in FL. Brown body with creamy tan head that sticks, even to the plastic cup. Super malty aroma with notes of cocoa, roast, a little smoke, and bread. Taste is sweet - roasted malt with chocolate, plus a touch of leafy hop bitterness and alcohol on the swallow. Medium body, creamy and slightly oily texture, average carbonation, a pleasant touch bitterness on the finish.
