Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a mug- pours a pretty clear golden yellow color with a two finger head after a vigorous pour with very slight retention and no lacing.

Smell is pleasant and crisp- grainy pilsner malt, crisp European hop notes. Lovely.

Taste is much like the smell- hop bitterness up front and it diminishes slightly, with a good pilsener malt background for the hops.

Mouthfeel is very good- I like a bitter pils and this ones pretty bitter with a light body (but full enough to stand up to the hops!) and clean refreshing feel. I would recommend it highly for those looking for a good bitter pilsner.

Dark yellow in color with a heavy, unfiltered haze. Poured with a moderate, creamy, bright white foam with very good retention. Aroma of clean pilsner malt with hints of earthy hops. Medium light bodied with medium high, soft, expanding carbonation. Pilsner malt flavors with earthy, spicy hops. Medium, slightly acidic, spicy hop bitterness through the middle. Pilsner malt and spicy noble hop flavors on the back end. Finished with bready pilsner malt flavors and a very light herbal hop bitterness. The BA profile has this lister as a German Pils, but is a Kellerbier. Good balance and very tasty.

On tap at the Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden, glowing yellow, with a one inch head, and a good amount of lacing. It definitely looks unfiltered. As such, it looks beautiful.

This one smells pretty bready, with some lemony citrus, and spicy grassy hops.

This is up there with the best pilsners I've ever had. So clean and refreshing, with a nice and present hop flavor, grassy and spicy hop flavors, and a great crackery and bready malt backbone. It's essentially everything you want a pilsner to be. At least, it's everything I want a pilsner to be.

This is medium bodied, light but still full, great mouthfeel, slightly creamy, and super crisp. Very drinkable and refreshing.

Just super awesome and one of the best pilsners I've ever had.
