Special thanks to Davehack for sharing his personal White Whale with me a couple other friends. The beer poured out as a hazy yellow color with a white head on top. The smell of the beer is bright with some yeasty notes and white wine grape as well. The taste gives off a bit of tartness, sort of champagne-like in a way. The feel is lighter bodied and finished dry. Overall it was a nice experience having this beer because I'm pretty sure I'll never have it again.
