On tap at the brewpub.

Stout brewed with chocolate and mint.

A: Dark brown with a small tan head, settles to a tiny ring. Some ruby highlights around the edges when held to light but it's opaque.

S: Roast, ash, chocolate, earthy hop, very faint mint. When I say very faint, I mean FAINT.

T: Same as the aroma. Chocolate is more pronounced than the aroma, and again the mint is very faint on the finish. No alcohol. Clean, dry finish.

M: Medium bodied, coating on the palate, thin carbonation.

O: Good take on the idea, needs a wee bit more mint and maybe a bit more chocolate to make it perfect. Still REALLY good.
