330ml bottle as part of the Unleash The Yeast 4-pack:
Mild amber & clear with a patch of thin, white lacing sitting in the middle of the surface area.
Herbs and touches of spice to begin with, along with semi-sweet malts and a hint of honey. Some floral notes creep in but the herbal ones seem to dominate with faint citrus and further sweetness.
Sweet with further herbal flavours coming to the front along with some spice and honey. Some lager malts make themselves known with some fruits too and there is a bland, sort of juice like finish with hints of caramel.
Sweet with some spice on the palate and low, soft carbonation that makes it seem a little bland and unexciting really. The body is about medium and the beer itself proved easy enough to drink.
This one was a strange beer and definitely not what I had been expecting, tasting a lot more like a herbal/spiced beer than a lager and with more sweetness than expected too.

A 330ml bottle with a BB of Oct 2014, so it's a bit out of date. Acquired a while back from the Brewdog webshop. The third in this beer series for me and I'm expecting the yeast character to be more subtle.
A: Poured into a stemmed pilsner glass. Bottle conditioned. A deep orange-amber hue with plentiful fine sediment and low carbonation. Yields a large head of creamy white foam that lasts for a few minutes before reducing to a patchy surface layer. Some lacing.
S: Aroma of grainy malt with hints of caramel, mild fruity hops, floral notes, subtle earthy yeast and faint stewed leaves. Slightly sweet and nicely balanced.
T: Tastes of sweet grainy malt with a dry finish. Notes of caramel, mild grain, subtle fruity hops, earthy yeast, stewed leaves and husks. A touch of cardboard in the background. Slightly sweet, followed by a delicate leafy bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with soft carbonation and decent body. Could be a tad livelier. Slightly astringent, accompanied by an aftertaste of grainy malt, mild earthy yeast and harsh stewed leaves.
O: It's OK, though not outstanding. Looks alright, while the aroma and flavour are a pleasant blend of grainy malt, subtle fruity hops and light yeast notes. So-so body; would benefit from enhanced carbonation. Hard to tell if this has been lagered (compared with the other beers in the series) and whether this has influenced the yeast character in any way. My bottle is also a bit old, which doesn't help. Drinkable enough but doesn't wow you.
