Golden color with a thick thin head with decent retention.
Mild aroma with notes of honey, white bread and orange citrusy.
Flavor with notes of biscuit, lager yeast, floral and spicy hops, honey and oranges. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness. It feels short of its 40 IBUs.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Although flawless Pale Lager, I found this behind from what I expected (in matters of hop level). Several breweries are producing great Pale Lagers. This one is a pleasant barbecue beer.
