12oz can, date stamped 05/15/18. Thick, foamy ivory head caps a slightly hazed golden colored ale; chunky lacing is left hanging on the glass. Juicy aroma with citrus, pine, and caramely grain. Great flavors here; notes of orange and grapefruit citrus, a bit tropical with some piney mango, sweet caramel malt, toasty grain; it's sweet yet bitter. Full body, very creamy, a bit resinous, perfect carbonation, bittersweet finish with pine and zesty citrus lingering on the palate. Very delicious DIPA!

I tried this at Brew Dog in Canal Winchester, OH. It poured a slightly hazy blood orangish with thin white head that did not leave much lace. The scent was malty with citrus peel presence. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink for a double ipa.....good fruit and malt flare. The mouthfeel was medium body with smooth carbonation. Overall it was a solid beer.

Beautiful orange color with the slightest bit of haze and an off-white head. The nose is citrus, but a sweeter citrus, which may be bleeding off of the significant malt component.

The taste has sweet fruity flavors, but the malt is the star - there’s a toffee note that is outstanding. I purchased a single of this, if I see it again, I’ll buy more.

Appearance: Cloudy amber, with a nice off-white head. Lace present but not notable.

Aroma: Intense tropical fruit — citrus and pineapple and mango, oh yeah!

Taste: Big and fruity hops profile here, with a warm finish alongside some caramel malts. Tons of flavor. Delicious!

Description: Hazy, orange/golden appearance with minimal white head the dissipates quickly. Smell is tropical and fruity with notes of grapefruit, pineapple and orange along with some floral smells. Bitterness and pine aromas are faint at best. Taste is similar to the smell with pineapple, grapefruit, floral notes and melon the most conspicuous. Again, little bitterness and the alcohol is well masked. Feel is dry and smooth with a medium body and carbonation.

Overall: 4.5 (This beer is very good and I would definitely have it again) I was excited to try this and it exceeded expectations. Well balanced, subtle and complex, this really reminded me of a maltier, floral East Coast IPA. Nothing about it blew me away right off the bat, but the more I drank the better it seemed...and not just because I was getting tipsy. Hopefully there will be more like this coming from BrewDog.

Canned on 3/19/18. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours golden with some haze and some minor clarity going on; fluffy white head that falls leaving nice retention and nice lacing. The aromas have hints of citrus and malts. Some floral notes. The flavors are bold. Nice hop flavors. Solid bitterness. More citrus fruits, but some tropical fruits come alive in the flavor department. Malts do their thing. Mild alcohol flavors in the finish, but it's pleasant. It's not hot or boozy at all. Finishes juicy. Mouthfeel is full-bodied with moderate carbonation. It's smooth, fluffy and dangerously drinkable.

This is a nice DIPA. The craftsmanship is on point. It's bold, crisp and refreshing. It might not be super flashy, but it's simply just a well done example of the style. It's enjoyable and fun to drink. I really like it.
