A fully automated sessionable IPA infused with tangerine. Perfectly-timed delivery of juicy citrus with notes of mellow tropical fruits, followed by subtle notes of caramel and toast malt. All wrapped up in a medium bodied ale. A director's cut for the 21st century. Clockwork Tangerine - IPA precision for the people.

From the can, it pours a mostly clear light amber color with a modest white head that soon diminishes to a ring. The nose gets tangerine. The mouth follows with a tangerine taste and a light tartness.

From a twelve ounce aluminum can, this beer is a lightly hazy orange-gold color with a white head. The aroma has serious fruit (orange) scents. The beer has serious fruit juice flavor, but is more dry than I expected. Flavorful, medium in body, and drinkable. Better than I expected.

For the extra citrus ipa fans I'd say this is definitely solid. The body is retained well for a session ipa and the fruit is quite present. Probably not having this again but thats just cuz I'd rather have a lager or pilsner if im looking lighter

Draft at Dogtap. Hazy golden pour, thin head, lots of lacing. Full tangerine in the aroma and taste. Notes of citrus peel, but this more about the juice.

First off, the color of this beer is a surprise. It looks like an adjunct lager. I was expecting something... orange? "India Pale Ale with natural flavors" reads the label and if that don't just explain everything. It's probably not even an IPA. It's just an AAL with citrus extract. You know, cuz Brew Dog gonna Brew Dog. I feel like I'm just hate-reviewing their beers at this point. I need to just stop purchasing their bullshit altogether. Sometimes I'm a sucker for cheap beer, though. Anyway. Smells... odd. Citrusy, sure, but... just odd. Art-I-Ficial. Nothing much from the base beer. Tastes... like something destined for the kitchen sink. It frankly does taste like an AAL with tangerine extract. I'm not saying that that's absolutely what this is, but it's definitely what it tastes like. Slight of body, but very effervescent if that's you're thing. This sucks; I'm not finishing it.

12oz can as part of the mixed Christmas 12 pack. 4.5% ABV. No info on the website or can.
Pours out to a sparkingly clear medium golden forming a modest white head with average retention and lacing, moderate carbonation, ~2.5 carbs. The nose is all tangerine and orange. This smells exactly like orange taffy and really nothing else. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied and easy drinking. Taste of the tangerine right up front, then their is an interesting toast/biscuit malt note in the middle followed by a well balanced woody bitterness which lingers in the aftertaste. No perceptible flaws.
A nice very fruit forward session IPA. Easy and drink. I could see myself drinking more of this at a cookout or picnic on a warm summer day. Worth trying.

12 FL OZ. can
Served in an IPA glass
This beer pours a golden hue with just a slight haze to it. It is topped with an inch of beige head that leaves spotty lacing.
Big tangerine aroma. Compliments the hops nicely.
Big tangerine flavor works well with the citrus flavors from the hops.
Medium bodied with a biting mouthfeel
It's a tangerine version of Elvis Juice.

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This solid little brew pours a nice
chill hazed golden with a very nice head of white foam that settles
to a thick ring and layer with nice light lacing. Nose of grapefruit,
pineapple, and orange with some spicy hops and pine touched hops
amid the caramel. Flavors follow with grapefruit, mango, pineapple,
caramel / honey malts, and spicy / pine hops. Decent mouth feel; medium
light body, smooth, light soft carbonation, and a bitter citrus finish
that is subtly dry and a hair on the watery side.
Overall, a nice hybrid that made a great beermossa at the brewery,
but as a stand alone leaves some to be desired.
