Pours out of the can a slightly hazy gold with a thin head. Dissipates quickly. Smells of pine and some citrus. Taste follows the nose fairly well. As with a lot of NA's the biggest complaint is the thin mouthfeel but this wasn't too bad. Mostly bubbly.

Pours like a proper pale ale approximately two months after canning. The aroma is hop forward, more so than the Hazy AF, but the sip doesn’t deliver on the limited potential.

From the 12 ounce can, it pours a clear light yellow color with a nice white head that slowly reduces to a thin layer and does leave some spotty lacing. The nose gets a light scent of citrus. The mouth, the same - easy drinking, pleasant, NA brew.

Can. White head with a little lace. Slightly cloudy yellow gold.
Pine, citrus, floral hops. Light grapefruit, a bit of grass, some cereal grains/bready malts. Pretty solid NA option.

Look :- A nice ,very slightly hazy but still rather transparent, reddish gold . Good white foamy head , decent lacing .
Smell :- Hops! A nice sweetness and a hint of grapes.
Taste:- Solid sharp IPA hoppiness , a nice subtle sweetness with a hint of fruitiness in the background.
Mouth feel :- Somewhat thin as expected from an alcohol free beer , nice fizz to the carbonation.
Overall :- A nice and refreshing alcohol free IPA , a little hop heavy over all other flavours but still decent .

(12 oz can, born: 05/12/22; purchased single off shelf... poured into a 14 oz mug)
L: clear but not crystal, golden amber liquid; head forms but falls quick... razor-thin collar, no lace
S: musky whole cone hops, overripe orange-grapefruit peel, green tea highlight, dried mango... intensity light-to-moderate, but relatively vibrant in expression
T: dried mango, grapefruit zest, fruited newton... aftertaste has sort of orange marmalade and bubblegum notes... malt stays semi cookie-like and lurking below; marginally metallic in the finish?... overall excellent expression and lasting intensity
F: velvety, slow flow... with little contour or residual grip, though the hop character suggests at least some oily resins coating the palate; not so much to be... the carbonation is a bit dull as well; better to swill from the can?
O: one of the better hoppy NAs, but still tastes like an NA... despite their drama, I wouldn't mind having this again (1957)

Poured from a can into an IPA tulip glass. Good foam formation with strong head quickly reducing to very thin lacing that is spider web like on the face. Good edge adhesion and glass resin. Very active small bubble carbonation.
Smells of pine needles, stone fruit, guava, and a bit star fruit. Good aromatic qualities.
On the front tongue pine needles, star fruit, and guava. A hint of papaya and mango.
Mid-palette shifts to more mango, guava and papaya fruits. Very tropical. Juicy.
Back palette stone fruit, guava, and dank herbs (resin like hop notes). A bit of bitter lemon grass.
Mouthfeel is very wet, thin, and juicy. The bubbles are refreshing on the mouthfeel. And there is a thinness to everything that somehow lingers in a very elongated aftertaste where you find lots of dank pine notes and sweet malted biscuit notes. Giving the finish a crispness you would not expect.
For something that is 20 calories per pint this blows away most "light" beers and with less than .5% ABV you'd be dumbstruck if you didn't know what you were drinking. The most recent can labels this NA beer as Pale maybe stepping back away a bit from the IPA label they previously had on here because while this is not a big IPA it can arguably be a very good session NE Pale Ale. I picture this going well with sweet BBQ sauces and beef or pork. But I could also see this paired with salty snacks like chips or cheese crackers because of the wetness you have in the body and mouthfeel. Overall pretty good. 3.75 out of 5. Good. Recommended.

This is an excellent brew in a series of great N/As by Brewdog. Solid scores get and extra overall ratings boost for the extraordinarily low 2.6 carbs. This is a great NA for diabetics who are looking for a low alcohol alternative. Has a decent post sip mild mouth burn/tingle like you would find in a full gravity bree and nice complex hoppy pale ale dry bitter profile.

330 ml can, from Coop Mega Madla Handelslag. ABV is 0.5%. Very pale and nearly clear straw colour, small white head. Aroma of flowers and tropical fruits, hints of peaches. Some malts and baby porridge in the background. Thin mouthfeel as expected. Citric flavour, some grainy notes, low bitterness. Drinkable, but not much "Punk" about this one.

Canned 2021/04/07, not sure why all the N/A beers are not as fresh
Pours a light frothy foamy almost 1 finger head with good retention, soapy lacing, semi hazy tan color with a bit of sediment
Nose a bit of an older malt character, doughy gristy, straw, fair hops with herbal earthy piney oily hop, a bit leafy herbal, even a bit oniony maybe,
Taste a bit watery and light overall, light straw malt, a bit pithy as hops kick in , herbal earthy, leafy and a tad oniony again, light to med bitterness, dry finish with a spicy slight green hop
Mouth is light, thin and watery, med higher frothy carb
Overall not that great, there are much better NA beers, esp IPAs, and I don't think it's age, I think this was one of the original styles that hadn't really improved yet, although for NA beer it's not terrible, it's quaffable

APPEARANCE: Clean golden amber, with limited suds and no lace.
NOSE: Citrusy and tropical hops. Not bad.
TASTE: Body is thin but the taste is there. Hops up front and large, standing out. As a non-alcohol brew, this comes across really well, with lots of flavor. Call it hop tea, essentially. Put it up against a regular session IPA and it fails a bit, but really quite good for an 0.5%er!

Appearance:
Thin head and no lacing, Hazy bright yellow. Floaties.
Aroma:
Pine and citrus hops, Slight Parmesan cheese and dusty house. This brew is 3 months old but it smells twice as old.
Flavor:
Not bad if you like hop teas, which essentially that is what it is. I assume this was made using the low O.G. method they used to make Nanny State, where there is little in the way of fermentable grains used. You get hints of malt and grain, but not enough to register as "beer " in the brain. A beer-tinged hop Seltzer.
Mouthfeel:
Thin, watery, seltzerlike. Average for NA.
Overall:
Does not taste bad, but needs to be consumed brewery fresh and without any expectation beyond a Hops exposition.

Punk AF - Brewdog
“Non alcoholic near beer” - no style listed
Canned 12/11/20
Puchased for $43/case direct from Brewdog
L - 1/2 finger head rapidly fizzles out, leaving a near-translucent dark yellow body.
S - sweet caramel, orange. Not much going on nose-wise.
T - tastes like a dessert. Orange candy, melted caramel, slight buttery diacetyl. Low bitterness. Moderate-high sweetness.
F - light body with less than expected carb.
O - this is a decent na brew. You can immediately tell, though, that this is not a beer. It’s very sweet, and the absence of a style designation on the can is telling. The diacetyl strangely works, since it’s so sweet and the hop presence is minimal. I will drink the other 3 cans of this I received, but I hope the others in the mixed case are better.

33cl bottle from Lidl Supermarket (£1.19):
Really clear & pale amber with a foamy white head about half a cm tall but it holds well. It's actually hoppy on the nose & surprisingly strong for the style with some pine & citrus notes, a few grassy hops with some faint mango & light tropical notes; it's not bad so far. The taste definitely lets it down though, it's similar but much weaker with more of a watery, light feel to it. There's still some pine & tropical flavours but they seem artificial here & almost metallic tasting with a strange lingering bitter aftertaste. It started so well but definitely fades & you can tell it's a low alcohol offering in the end.

Surprisingly poured a very light-yellow color with no head.
Nice aroma with notes of mango, passion fruit, mild pine and citrus. Traditional at the best.
Flavor with notes of pine, lemon drops, pear and garlic. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Watery body with appropriate carbonation.
Not bad for an alcohol free, though it sure feels watery. Nose is better than mouth feeling. It does not resemble much its alcoholic version. That said I would rather drink this daily than water or any soda.

NBS beer.
I have good experience of Brewdog before, the Nanny State is understandably well spread. Now it's time for Punk Af NA IPA. Yellow-amber, a little haze, lacing. It poured with a one finger foam, but much gone when getting the foto. Smell is promising. Definitely citrus. Taste: no arguing there aren't hops lingering in the back. Mouthfeel is pleasant, a bit thickness, carbonation just in place. Overall a nice experience!

It poured with a one finger foam, but much gone when getting the foto. Smell is promising. Definitely citrus. Taste: no arguing there aren't hops lingering in the back. Mouthfeel is pleasant, a bit thickness, carbonation just in place. Overall a nice experience!

From the bottom of the can: "10/29/19 190716 1257"
Appearance: Very good clarity. The beer has a light straw-gold colored body and a fluffy white head. Great head retention and some spotty lacing.
Aroma: The beer has a note of lemon with a strong garlic and onion aroma. Pungent mango makes its way in as well.
Taste: It tastes a bit grassy with a bit of garlic and rosemary.
Mouthfeel: The body is very light and the bitterness is on the low side. Good carbonation.
Overall: It's a decent beer and it is drinkable. The hop presence is nice but it tastes a bit grassy and the bitterness feels low. There isn't much body to the beer but the flavors and aromas can be enjoyable. It's worth drinking if you're looking for a low alcohol beer ("LESS THAN 0.5% ALC. VOL." as indicated on the can) with some hoppy character. I could drink it on occasion.
