We’ve taken a classic Belgian style tripel and given it a BrewDog twist, with Centennial hops. Expect notes of complex vanilla, oak and spice, with Belgian yeast leading the charge.

Copenhagen 20/6 2022. 33 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A blue shield in two shades of blue on a steel can in BrewDog’s usual design.

Pours unclear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with sharp alcohol, a bit of wood and with salty notes. Sweet pale malts, plywood, glue and schnapps.

Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.

Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger, harsh bitterness converging with a sharp boozy burn. Aftertaste is bitter and unforgiving. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.

Harsh and sharp and not for the faint of heart.
